The three-pass wetback Yorkshireman range is ideally suited to heavy workloads while the MX range is suited to small and medium sized process steam users.
Each boiler is individually tailored to your specific needs and manufactured from start to finish in our own factory. All fittings are mounted in the factory to make installation on site quick and easy.
The boiler can incorporate any make of burner to suit a wide range of gaseous or liquid fuels in single, dual or tri-fuel combinations.
Thermal efficiency (based on NCV) in excess of 89% (94% with the Yorkshireman's optional economiser unit).
External surfaces are heavily insulated and finished in tough, Aluzinc cladding.
Larger heating surfaces and steam space than comparable boilers, mean desirable low heat transfer rates, Low NOX emissions, easily achievable outputs, and quality dry steam throughout the firing range.
A wide range of accessories are available to further enhance the boiler; contact us for more details.
Outputs to 10MW (15,900 kg/hr) and operating pressures to 20 bar(g) available.

Byworth Boilers operate the Uk's largest fleet of trailerised mobile boilers available for emergency or long term hire. Both steam and hot water boilers are available, in outputs up to 18000 kgs/hour for steam and 35 million btu for hot water.
Operating mainly in the UK, boilers can be quickly connected to existing services to minimise production losses if the existing boiler has failed.
Self drive units can be manufactured for use worldwide with fully self contained boiler plant installed in a box van. Both steam and hot water versions are offered and can include fuel tanks and generators. Widely used for "no dig" pipeline technology and also provision of hot water for showers etc in remote locations.

Boiler house components on a modular basis for
simple planning, fast assembly and fully automatic,
safe operation round off the LOOS boiler range in
the best possible way. The individual modules are
assembled completely at the factory and provided
with electrical wiring. The ready-to-use modules only
need to be connected to the supply lines and joined
up to each other. LOOS modular technology considerably
reduces the number of interfaces required,
thus increasing the benefit to the customer.

OPTISPARK is the integrated control system developed in cooperation with Cannon AUTOMATA. It consists of two sections: an integrated control system and the user panel (Human Machine Interface).
The integrated control system performs many functions usually carried out by several components such as steam pressure, water level, alarm data acquisition, and it sees to thermal efficiency with the aid of the most advanced control systems: combustion control through electronic cams, control of the oxygen trim, of the flue gas re-circulation and of the air fan by means of an inverter.
The H.M.I. features are: synoptic screens with multi-language
texts; high-resolution colour touch screen display; real-time and historical tracking of selected process trends; alarm reports log; navigator system; multilanguage editor.
OPTISPARK connects to the modern communications systems: it sends SMS and e-mail in case of alarms event; it is displayed on both the Intranet and the Internet; it connects to supervision systems via OPC server.
OPTISPARK's main benefits are: the performance equivalent to the most advanced DCS systems at a lower cost, the optimised combustion, the reduction of environmental impact, of fuel and energy consumption, and of the time for starting and checking the boiler.

Dissolved gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide must be reduced in Boiler Feed Water in order to prevent boilers and steam circuits from corrosion. The thermo-physical deaeration process is by far the most applied technology when a reduction of oxygen to only a few parts per billion is required. While part of the BONO Group, ARTES Ingegneria is in the business of Deaerators since 1958.
The degassing process is achieved in the deaerating tower where make-up water is atomised on a set of special packing that increases the contact surface between water and steam. Oxygen and carbon dioxide are stripped by the steam flow and vented through a calibrated orifice. Deaerated water is collected in the storage tank so as to assure an adequate “Hold-up” time for the boiler downstream.
According to the design capacity and steam flow, the deaerating tower may be arranged on a vertical or horizontal geometry so that, in the latter case, a larger surface of mass and heat transfer is implemented.
Deaerators are manufactured and marketed on BONO Artes’ own proprietary design in order to assure the complete responsibility of the concerned unit.

These boilers make it possible to produce steam, high temperature water or hot thermal oil, from combustion gas coming from diesel engines, gas turbines (cogeneration), industrial furnaces, incinerators...
BABCOCK WANSON offers heat recovery boilers (fire-tubes or coil type). Its range of heat recovery boilers goes up to 36 t/h with or without post-combustion.
BABCOCK WANSON offers two types of heat recovery boilers :
- the REC series, fire-tube heat recovery boiler ;
- the EXT series, coil heat recovery boiler.

Bono Energia Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) have found application in a wide range of industries where the cogeneration of steam and electricity is required, in order to obtain an independent power plant and negligible emission levels.
Bono is able to produce HRSG from gas turbines (both water tube and fire tube) or from engines; heat recovery thermal fluid heaters; turn-key plants.
The standard design of our HRSG allows a "package" modular system (where the boiler and the economiser are pre-assembled), which can satisfy many different needs. In this way both the installation and the startup are faster, cheaper and safer. The proven design and the accessibility of the boilers allow high efficiency, minimal maintenance and cost-effective operation.
BONO ENERGIA can boast a fifty years long experience in this sector, and specifically in the heat recovery systems. Our boilers offer high quality levels and match the strictes international standards (API, ASME, PED, EN, DIN, R.I.Na., ABS, SQLO and more).
A team of over thirty engineers allows a continuous R&D effort, and makes possible to offer customised solutions to our clients.

System / Grid Water Circuit
System separates the combustion air delivered by the ventilator as primary and secondary air which is injected to the combustion chamber via air nozzles. The cooling water circulating in the grid system extends the life of the grid. The heat absorbed during the circulation by the cooling water contributes as useful energy since it will be connected to the main heating circuit of the boiler system.
Radiation Heat transfer
Heat is transferred mainly by radiation and consequently by conduction, thus enabling high performance and compact dimensions in erensan boilers.
Turbulator
Gas turbulators swirl the hot smoke gases in the boiler tubes and provides extended contact for better heat transfer to the water. Since the turbulators will increase the speed of the combustion gases by inducing turbulence flow, the tendency of condensation is drained away with high speed gases ,thus protecting the boiler against acid corrosion.
Automatic Control
Heating in conventional coal boilers is directly proportional to the amount of coal fed to the boiler just like in stoves. Over loading, results in unnecessary heating and loss of energy. However your Erensan boiler adjusts the speed of the combustion with automatic fan control even when the boiler is excessively fed by coal.
