Bono's HTH high temperature heaters are designed for capacities ranging from 2 to 25MW. Thermal fluids, of synthetic type, can be used both in liquid and vapour phase, up to 400°C.
The design of HTH heaters is innovative, gives several advantages versus the coil type design and on the other hand it is extremely reliable, thanks to Bono's experience with more than 2000 installations all over the world.
The main advantages of HTH are: the compact design, especially in terms of height, and the complete accessibility for cleaning and maintenance; the built-in preheater, in the same heater base, reduces the local assembly costs; the accessibility of the furnace allows a cheap repairing, since any tube is replaceable working inside the furnace.
HTH are supplied equipped with burner, regulation equipment, instruments, built-in preheater, safeties and accessories, in a transportable package, thanks to their original compact design. The package, ready to be connected to the network, is tested in Bono Energia's workshop before shipping, ensuring a quick and efficient site commissioning and start up.
All Bono's heaters are constantly updated by 30 engineers to the strictest international norms, in order to insure higher efficiency to save money and lower level emissions.

Thermal fluid heaters series OMP and HTH (and HTH-R) are suitable for heavy duty industrial operation. They can operate with a wide range of mineral and synthetic thermal fluids.
The multi-tubular patented design offers common features joined to different standards in calculation and design, according to the maximum bulk and film temperature to be obtained (Design, construction and testing according to API 560 , ASME, EN, DIN, ABS, R.I.Na. SQLO and others).
Both series are suitable for medium-large capacity production and high fluids operating temperatures.
The innovative and patented multi-tubular design offers advantages versus the conventional heater coil design in terms of:
- Less operating costs, thanks to the higher thermal efficiency;
- Less maintenance and inspection costs, due to total absence of refractory and of fouling even, in case of oil firing;
- Less fuel and power consumption, because of reduced fluid pressure loss.
- Lower thermal fluids degradation rate, thanks to the small difference between bulk and film temperatures and to the higher fluid velocity in the radiant section.

The Dalesman range of hot water boilers is highly fuel efficient with low emissions. The boilers are available in outputs from 300 to 10000kW, (1 to 35 million btu), and in working pressures from 100 to 300 psig (7 to 20 bar g).
The Dalesman boiler is of exceptional quality and robustness suited to arduous workloads over many years. Unlike other heating boilers available the Dalesman is manufactured using the same engineering and design skills that Byworth use in the manufacture of their steam boilers. All Byworth boilers are manufactured entirely within the factory at Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Byworth manufacture fire tube steam boilers in two ranges. The Yorkshireman and Yorkshireman2 ranges are highly fuel efficient three pass wetback steam boilers, available in outputs between 1000 and 18000 kgs per hour and working pressures from 100 to 300 psig (7 to 20 barg). The Yorkshireman2 achieves exceptional efficiency levels by the inclusion of unique XiD fire tubes. These increase the heat transfer from the tube passes by over 80% which in turn leads to overall efficiency of the boiler of around 93%. This is without the incorporation of a flue gas economiser. The Yorkshireman range is highly suited to arduous workloads and is extremely robust.
The MX range of fire tube boilers covers 250 to 5000 kgs per hour and is suitable for lighter workloads.

The YHB boiler is designed for specialist high pressure hot water applications. Built to BS2790, this range is preferred by engineers and consultants worldwide for outputs from 650 to 10500 kW with working pressures up to 20 bar g.

The superheated water boilers made by Bono Energia are designed for thermal capacities ranging from 5 to 60MWt, with hot water outlet temperatures up to 260°C and pressures up to 65bar.
CTH boilers offer a reliable solution for applications such as district heating or industrial processes where hot water (under 120°) is used. For this applications an accurate temperature control and a fast thermal response are needed.
Thanks to their multi-tubular and very compact structure, CTH allow an easy installation and an overall thermal efficiency higher than 94%. The wide furnace, water tube screened, helps the thermal exchange and allows to match the most stringent NOx emissions levels. The external walls of the heaters never reach more than 20-30°C above the ambient temperature.
Up to 30MWt, thanks to their innovative design, CTH heaters are delivered in a package solution. Over 30MWt a field erection of the heater is required.
The pressure parts will be delivered in only two sections reducing the local assembly costs.
CTH heaters offer complete accessibility for cleaning and maintenance through proper inspection doors, which allow to fully inspect their interior.

CT water tube type steam generators are the result of over 40 years experience of BONO ENERGIA in the industrial, petrochemical and power generation applications.
Engineered using the most advanced CAD systems, these generators guarantee the highest operating features, thanks to BONO's experience in heat transfer, welding technology and pressure vessel calculations. CT series water tube steam generators represent a modern concept of "D" shaped desing, having two overmounted drums, expanded vertical tubes and full water walls type furnace. The water circulation inside the boiler is of the natural type.
The burner is housed inside the front water wall by means of properly shaped water tubes.

Garioni Naval offers biomass fire tube steam boilers which are developed based on our cooperation with global engineering and European know-how combining with over 45 years experience and technical knowledge of solid combustibles, especially coal. Biomass steam boilers range from a capacity of 2 ton/h to 10 ton/h with steam pressure from 1 bar to 15 bar. Garioni Naval Biomass steam boiler is a two passes fire tube boiler with external prefurnace combustion chamber. The boiler is compactly designed with excellent appearance.

Many technological processes, above all in the food industry, need to use high temperatures (higher than 250°C).
High temperatures are usually obtained using thermal oil but, new regulations, do not allow to use thermal oil where there is danger to pollute the food under process.
In these cases it is a must to use high pressure steam up to 110 bar, for having temperatures up to 318°C.
We have studied and produce our steam generators GMT/HP that, working with closed circuit and with natural circulation (no pump is needed) can produce steam up to 110 bar.
All installations using GMT/HP work without pump, steam traps, water treatment and feed water tanks.
