Tango and the big-power Unistats - Concept
- Compact Power
- Environmentally Friendly Cooling
- Extreme Temperatures
- High Technology
- HT Cooler
- Hydraulically Sealed
- Rust free stainless steel
- Under the table
In 1991 the Tango Technology was introduced to the market. Unistats are designed for temperature control applications that have the highest demands. Unistats are hydraulically sealed circulation thermostats with the ability to provide the fastest ramp rates in the indsutry to give the tightest control over process temperature. They are available for the range of -120°C to +400°C.
The "Tango Nuevo" introduces a new age of Unistat technology for 2005: Extended temperature range (standard models now operate up to 250°C), a more powerful and variable high performance pump, and application optimised circulation through "VPC" technology, and a continuously variable internal bypass. Offering flexible communications, intuitive operation using TFT-Touchscreen display, and relevant information being displayed in plain text with a choice of five languages (German - English - French - Spanish or Italian) makes the new Tango Nuevo a simple to use and powerful lab partner.

The thermostats of the LAUDA Ecoline Staredition combine top technological performance with the ultimate in economicalness. The wide application range covers temperatures from -40 up to 200 °C. The efficiency and high degree of user-friendliness combined with extensive safety functions make the Ecoline Staredition a popular choice.
LAUDA Ecoline Staredition thermostats offer you the top digital technology that is indispensable in the laboratory of today. In the form of the E 100, E 200 and E 300, choose between three particularly economical performance packages, depending on your requirement – for standard applications or even complex thermostating tasks.
LAUDA offers with its Ecoline Staredition series a variety of different immersion thermostats – and matching baths. They are available in various materials and bath volumes (3,5 L - 40 L) and thus form a complete custom-made solution for all thermostating tasks up to 200 °C, in combination with the immersion thermostats of the Ecoline Staredition range. Furthermore, LAUDA baths are also suitable for operation with older immersion thermostats from LAUDA – or from other manufacturers.
LAUDA Ecoline Staredition units with transparent baths provide the necessary visibility in all cases where test samples need to be observed during thermostating. LAUDA Ecoline Staredition thermostatic baths are available with baths of high-quality stainless steel, whether this involves the lower-priced variants that can be used up to 150 °C or highquality versions with insulation for temperatures up to 200 °C. Whichever you choose, you have in any case chosen the economic leading-edge technology of the LAUDA brand.

Compatible Control Thermostats - Concept
The "Compatible Control" Thermostats are a range of open bath thermostats. What differentiates them is the highly flexible and service friendly "Plug and Play" technology. This allows a basic model to be upgraded to an interactive high-tech model with ease and at any time. Plug and Play technology has been used with great success by Huber since 1980. Interchangeable, the Compatible Controllers CC1, CC2 and CC3 are simple and intuative to operate, and differ only in the functions they can provide.
The range of models en-compassses heating and cooling thermostats covering the temperature range of -90°C to +300°C.
In its simplest version, the bath thermostat is a combination of an immersion thermostat (E) and a bath (A, B) or a cooling bath (K). These low cost laboratory thermostats can be connected to external applications via their pressure pump connections (if fitted) for applications requiring temperature control. Typical examples being small reactors, Autoclaves, Photometers, Viscosity meters, refraction meters, Distillation columns, heat exchangers etc.
For more demanding temperature control applications, the extremely compact "VPC" models are available (Variable Pressure Control). Their powerful, high performance pressure-suction pumps have a variable speed drive. The pump rotation speed may adjusted to suit differing application requirements. Using an optional pressure sensor, the pump pressure can be adjusted to protect or better serve changing devices (glass reactors, reaction blocks etc.).
