OSWALD asynchronous servomotors series QD are particularly suitable when heavy demands are required with respect to high speed range, dynamics, running smoothness and operational reliability.
OSWALD 4-pole QD motors in the power range from 1 kW to 150 kW have quadratic frames and are characterized by a high power density with a small space requirement. They are supplied in IP 54 to IP 65 enclosures
as well as in all relevant mountings (B3, B5, V1, etc.).
The standard version of the totally enclosed motor is cooled by an external axial blower. A high degree of reliability and low maintenance requirements result from the use of prelubricated bearings as well as stable housing and bearing plates.
The attachment of an incremental encoder or a resolver is designed, allowing field oriented speed control with a frequency converter. Motors without encoders can also be operated excellently through the use of a
frequency converter control.

with frequency controlled 3-phase squirrel cage

N-compact Standardline motors are favorably priced and standardized low-voltage motors. They are based on the technology of our well-proven N-compact series that, for sophisticated applications, already set standards for low-voltage motors.
4-pole N-compact Standardline motors cover a power range from 250 to 500 kW.

AC induction hoist and traction motors offer higher efficiency and smaller size than DC sepex or series wound motors with the same output and thermal performance.
They are without commutator and brushes and require no maintenance. With this type of motor, acceleration and braking torque at higher speeds are not limited by the commutator, which results in shorter stopping distances without the use of a mechanical brake. They also offer longer battery life and more precise control.

Y Series (IP44) Three-Phase Induction Motor
General:
The Y series (IP44) motor is an enclosed type of squirrel cage three-phase induction motor with self-fan cooling for general applications.

Y2 Series (IP54) Three-Phase Induction Motor
General:
The Y2 series (IP54) motor is a squirrel cage rotor three-phase induction motor with self fan cooling for common usage. It is the improved version of the Y series (IP44) and can be easily substituted.

MS series aluminium housing three-phase asynchronous motors, with latest design in entirety, are made of selected quality and conform to the IEC standard.
MS motors have good performance, safety and reliable operation, nice appearance, and can be maintained very conveniently, while with low noises, little vibration and at the same time light weight and simple construction. These series motors can be used for general drive.
