Time and Frequency Analyzers/Counters is our largest product group including for example:
- The CNT-91 Time & Frequency Analyzer which delivers ultrahigh resolution, fast speed and advanced measurement functions. Enhanced features include: 50 ps single-shot time interval resolution; 12 digits/sec frequency resolution; and internal memory storage of 3.5M measurements with exceptionally fast 250,000 measurements/sec recording speed. Via GPIB/USB bus, receive an expanded 2,600 individual measurements/sec. Frequency range 300 MHz to 3, 8, 14 & 20 GHz optional.
- The new CNT-91R is an all-inclusive high performance calibrator of frequency sources, that combines high resolution measurements and advanced analysis, and a built-in ultra-stable Rubidium atomic reference clock. Its compact format, and its short warm-up time, makes the CNT-91R an ideal transportable frequency calibrator/analyzer. The CNT-91R is basically a combination of the ultra-high resolution CNT-91 and a Rubidium Frequency Standard, all in one box.
- The CNT-90 timer/counter/analyzer is excellent for measurement, analysis and calibration of frequency, time or phase. In production test systems, R&D, the calibration lab, or in the field; the CNT-90 timer/counter/analyzer outperforms many existing counters on the market. The CNT-90 offers ease-of-use, a multi-mode graphic/numeric display, and improved control over measurements, at a very competitive price. Speed of 250k measurements/sec with a memory depth of 750k to internal memory; high resolution of 100 ps single shot (time); and 12 digits/sec resolution (frequency)

The GTX22x0 family of universal time interval counters provides all the features of stand-alone counters in PXI form factor. There are three versions of the PXI counters, GTX2210, GTX2220 and GTX2230. The GTX2210 support frequency range up to 225MHz, the GTX2220 to 1.3GHz and the GTX2230 covers frequencies up to 2GHz.
The GTX22x0 series counters have two signal input channels via BNC connectors, an external timebase, arm input, and a gate signal output. The separate input signals can be used for Arming and Gating the circuitry, and controlling the timing of the analysis (start/stop duration) for more meaningful measurements.
The GTX22x0 series counters are universal in that they provide many measurement functions of other frequency counters, including frequency, period, and time interval. The GTX22x0 series also have event counting and timing functions over a single channel, such as totalize and ratio between channels.

The HydraHarp 400 is a high-end, easy-to-use, plug and play Time Interval Analyzer (TIA) and Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) system with scalability for multiple channels*. Dependent on the chosen frame size up to 4 or up to 8 channels can be installed. It is connected to a PC through a USB 2.0 high speed interface. It provides identical synchronized but independent input channels. They can be used as detector inputs for coincidence correlation experiments as well as independent stop inputs for TCSPC. A dedicated common sync input is provided for TCSPC with fast excitation sources. This allows forward start-stop operation at the full repetition rate of mode locked lasers with stable repetition rate up to 150 MHz. Experiments with low repetition rate benefit from the HydraHarp's multi-stop capability.
