6-DIGIT ELECTRONIC COUNTER 1/16 DIN - NC400-6
NC400-6 is an advanced 6-digit professional counter that also performs batch and totalizer counting operations. It has two outputs with independent and configurable presets that can be triggered based on counting, batch or totalization values. Its 2 outputs allow for an independent timed triggering.
The counting inputs can be configured to connect dry-contact, voltage pulse, NPN or PNP sensors. Sensors may be powered by an internal power dispenser.
Counting mode can be configured as progressive, regressive, quadrature, sum or subtraction. Several reset modes - automatic or manual - can be configured. Manual reset can be generated by a digital input or key from the front panel.
- 6-digit red display 12 mm-high.
- Counting inputs, hold and reset:

The PCVisor functions as the heart of a fully networked refrigeration plant, HVAC and BMS system. It provides a fully integrated data industrial monitoring system and professional displays the information in an easy to use menu driven graphical format.
The PCVisor also provides pack controller optimisation to automatically regulate the target suction pressure of a pack manufacturers of compressor / pack, thereby saving energy.
The unit can be connected to a maximum of 192 controllers (6 networks x 32 devices) using Honeywell Genus® network protocols. The PCVisor permits 2-way communication, in that it can be used to retrieve and log real-time system data as well as providing the capability to remotely configure the network controller parameters.
The defrost timer facility permits sequential defrost control of up to 100 channels, thus encouraging an even spread of energy consumption over any 24 hour period. When using a gas defrost system, header station control can be synchronised over the network with evaporator defrost control thus simplifying the field wiring and maintaining accurate defrost control.

Timers (elapsed time meters, hour counters) are used in applications where time itself is the main focus. These include simple knowlege of how long a machine has been running to determine machine maintenance. Examples include: professional filter change frequencies, professional elevator cable maintenance, and professional engine oil life indication. Timers generally have the ability to stop and then continue on from the point at which they stopped.
Electromechanical timers are perfect for applications requiring a readable display when no power is supplied. They are also resistant to tampering and harsh conditions, such as shock.
Electronic timers typically have a brighter display, and are more flexible. Many electronic timers have programmable time ranges and can be set to values other than 0 for replacement applications. |
