The robust M-16 Hydraulic hose saw is ideal for cutting heavy hose all day long. Designed for not just braid, but also spiral and helix reinforced hoses. The M-16 features a 16 inch blade, 10hp motor, hydraulically powered bending mechanism, and a self contained wet cutting system. These features allow you to cut heavy hose up to 2 inch 6 spiral with ease. The hydraulic bender allows for excellent speed control during the cut, and a quick retraction stroke. The self contained wet cut system controls contamination, and reduces smoke and fumes. Many operators find that the combination of these features eliminates the need for additional cleaning of hoses after cutting. If you cut a large quantity of heavy hose, this is the machine for you.

Sandvik Coromant’s new GC1125 grade lives up to the demands of the leading parting and grooving tooling system, CoroCut® 1-2 edge and is now the first choice to achieve improved performance in parting, grooving, turning and profiling operations in a wide geometry range.
The optimization of properties for this grade delivers a wider application area and the capacity to handle improved cutting data. GC1125 has a good all round ability and provides the means to improve performance in a wide geometry range across many parting, grooving, turning and profiling operations. It is the first choice for application in steel and stainless steels and excels when machining cast iron and HRSA materials.
These advantages result from a technological breakthrough in coating and substrate technology. The combination improves wear resistance and security, either when running at higher cutting speeds or for a longer time in cut. The coating is new, PVD with TiAIN layers, including properties designed for the GC1125’s wide application area. New, fine grained substrate optimised for steels and stainless steels has improved hardness and supports increases in cutting data.
GC1125 is a simpler option, enabling machine shops to do more with one grade. Its wide geometry range offers improved performance to a larger number of machining operations.
In parting, it is optimised for steels, stainless steels and HRSA materials, a first choice in CF and CR geometries. CF is the low feed choice, giving excellent chip control and surface finish, CR the strong geometry for parting off bars and interrupted cuts at high feeds.

CoroCut 3 brings a third cutting edge to the shallow parting of tubes, bars and grooving operations. The extremely small parting widths in 2,0, 1,5 and 1,0 mm facilitates will reduce the raw material usage considerably.
The insert is held securely by a unique clamping solution ensuring accurate location and easy to use. This in combination with very tight indexing tolerances will produce workpieces with very close length tolerances.

Maintenance and ease of use
The pneumatic cut-off saws of the series PR 35-11X are adapted only to one manual use. The blade measures 350mm maximum. The saw is designed only for the wood cutting. The maximum size of cut cannot exceed 340mm (for the cutting on a side), and 690mm (for cutting speak two sides).
