MatchMate guides users through three simple steps to assemble Aeroquip high-quality hoses and through-the-cover (TTC) fittings. This year, Eaton's made hose assembly even easier by introducing the new MatchMate ET1280 crimp machine.
The CE certified ET1280 crimp machine is available for 220 volt hydraulic, hand pump, air/hydraulic; 110 volt hydraulic; and 12 volt electric. ET1280's flexible power supply with the popular MatchMate hoses and fittings make small-batch assemblies in the factory or field as easy as one, two, three. The PC125 portable crimper with its open design, removable pusher and easy to use, spring loaded die set, is designed for higher production volume and repetitive use. AddisonMckee's innovative FormMaster-70 Ram Extrusion machine, or FM 70 RE, has been designed to produce small bent components at high speeds with minimal scrap.
In essence, the FM 70 RE extrudes or pushes a near-net tube through a contoured set of dies or clamps, generating one or two shallow bends - typically with a maximum degree of bend of approximately 40 to 45 degrees.
