The new GTB2T is the first of our "Next Generation" of end prep tools. Simple to set-up and operate, this ID mounted end prep machine delivers exacting surface finishes on pipe end-preps, valves, flanges, fittings and more.
Dependable and rugged, our BU Facer series make flange facing easy and inexpensive. These large diameter machines can be used to re-face all size flanges ranging from 10" to 110" OD. These industry proven facing machines are capable of tube sheet and flange facing in minimum setup time. The time tested solid ring design and interchangeable drive system provide a rigid machine capable of holding tight tolerances and creating excellent surface finishes
The 314 Beveler was created for quick set-ups and weld end preparations on pipe and tube diameters form 3" to 14" OD. Reliable and torque-free operation is accomplished with an automatic three jaw locking system that automatically centers the pipe beveling machine to the bore of the piping to be machined. Using the automatic chuck system, installation of the mandrel can be accomplished in less than one minute. The 314 pipe beveling machines also have an optional miter mandrel system for mounting in valves, fittings and short perch applications. The cutting head of the 314 Beveler is made of 4140 steel for rigidity and long life. The 3 cutting tool slots accept all configurations of high-speed form tool blades for versatile operation. The 314 Beveler is capable of form tool beveling, facing and ID counter-boring in one operation. |

This new machinery programme offers a grease-free, ergonomic and user-friendly package for professional service in a workshop environment, for mobile operations and even for service in the field. The new range includes hose cutting, marking and crimping machines and comes with the necessary accessories such as a Quick Die Change Tool (QDC) and marking dies.
All machines are designed to be user-friendly and ensure fast, comfortable handling. In all electrical-driven crimpers, a standard built-in storage rack is positioned for quicker die selection, while die sets are logically organised and within easy reach of the operator.

To complement the Pipestoppers™ range of nylon expanding plugs, we offer all sizes of aluminium plugs.
These are provided in sizes from 1.5" upwards and are suitable for more arduous duties such as immersion in chemicals and/or higher temperatures.
They are manufactured with 1/2", 1" and 2" outlets.

The standard seals are made from natural rubber and special rubber seals are available for chemical applications where greater resistance is required.

All plugs conform to British Standards BS8005 for low pressure testing and sealing of pipes.
The basic principle - effective sealing is simple, insert the plug into a pipe opening and tighten the wing nut clockwise. The rubber ring will expand and provide a positive seal. To remove simply reverse the process.
Tightening the wing nuts is easy with the Pipestoppers patented friction free washer.

Manufactured from nylon, an engineering polymer resistant to salt water corrosion and many chemicals gives them a high quality leak tight seal in the selected orifice.
There are two types:
A solid shaft version with five sizes from 0.5 inch up to 1.5 inch.
and
A hollow shaft version with eleven sizes from 0.5 inch to 6 inch inclusive.
All plugs have:
A central spindle/shaft on which two plates are fitted with a natural rubber tyre/ring between them a wing nut on the shaft moving the two plates together compressing the tire and making the seal in the pipe or orifice.
Natural rubber tyres which can be substituted for different rubbers where additional chemical and/or heat resistance is required.

Sizes of 1.5 inch and above are threaded with a half inch BSP for the connection of standard nuts/hose fittings is provided with a solid end cap seal are fully demountable for cleaning and parts replacement.
Optional end caps are available with fixed nipples/nozzles for hose connection or free nipples which can rotate when heavier hoses are used. |
