SP-02P Squeeze-Eze™ Power Pack
SP-02P is designed to use the identical jaws as the SP-01P, but delivers considerably more power for tougher applications. Made of durable aluminum, the tool is small (5 1/2" long x 1 3/4" diameter), lightweight (13 oz) and can be operated at air pressure of 60-100 psi (850 lbs. of cutting force). Will cut up to 0.10" soft steel wire.
A foot operated model is available (SP-02PF) which includes two (2) 5 foot air hoses and hex keys. Optional WS-2000 work station, A-202 bench stand and 105 four way footswitch are available.
As with the SP-01P, the SP-02P uses the jaw sets listed below. Jaws are optional. Order separate.

The cutting tools have blades made of high tensile steel. The cutting edges are designed to make the cut surface as smooth and straight as possible, with the minimum force. We have two functional cutting and stripping tools, the SCT001 (0.5-6 mm²) and the Embla (0.02-16 mm²). For stripping the insulation from power cables there is the Tor stripping tool (ø 4.5-40 mm). The Oden stripping tool (ø 4.5-40 mm) is used among other things for signal, telephone and computer cabling.

SP-01P Squeeze-Eze™ Power Pack
This tool can develop 575 lbs. of force @ 80 psi and is designed to be used
with the jaw sets listed below. The tool is small (51/2” long x 1 1/2”

StripCrimp 200 - the most flexible strip-crimp machine (stripper crimper) in its class. Mechanical, thermal and chemical wire stripping processes cause damage to underlying wire that can affect electrical component performance and cause unacceptable conductor failures for aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and other industrial companies using mission critical electronics. Manufacturers of these devices need to be aware that laser wire stripping technology is available that will guarantee the elimination of these problems. Applying CO2 laser light (10.6 microns wavelength) vaporizes wire insulation while being incapable of affecting the conductive wires. This wavelength of laser light is absorbed by the wire insulation and completely reflected by metal wire conductors. This technology eliminates the need for replacement blades and hazardous chemicals. Using lasers to strip wire yields the highest quality insulation and adhesive removal while delivering the absolute best quality and most precise wire stripping available.
Lasers can remove wire insulation from a wide variety of wire types including single core, multiple leads, twisted pairs, multi-cable, coaxial cable, and many others. Wires with diameters as low as 0.001 inches can be safely stripped. Tolerances for the laser can be held as tight as 0.001 inches. Single strand wires can be stripped in less than 1 second.
Virtually all wire insulation types can be removed using this laser technology. Wires are easily slit using this same CO2 laser. Straight, T-strip, Window slits, as well as, Spiral strips can be programmed to a controlled depth.

Applying three different types of mechanism, the machine can strip exterior covering and interior covering of wire in accordance with the shape and size of scrap wire or defective wire.
For more detail, the machine is equipped with two parts being put together to make the stripping process to be effective: thickness selective stripping part and thickness adjustable stripping part. PowerStrip 9500 automatic cutting and stripping machine for processing wires up to 12 mm (0.47'') in diameter with pull-off lenghts up to 200 mm (7.87'') on the right wire end (leading end) and 100 mm (3.94'') on the left end (trailing end).
