ENCAPSULATED COILS
These coils have a natural application in the field of solenoid valves for the most varied sectors.
The range is composed of numerous types, with different dimensions, powers, materials and electrical connections. The standard versions and the availability of developing new ones, allow optimum solutions for even the most complicated demands.
LINEAR SOLENOIDS
These solenoids are used in the most varied industrial applications where there are demands for linear actuations.
They are available with galvanised steel body or with encapsulated coils, allow an high number of hourly operations and guarantee an extremely long life cycle.
HOLDING SOLENOIDS
The holding solenoids, designed to operate in DC, are characterised by a rugged body in galvanised steel.
The range allows for external diameters from 19mm to 70mm. Holding force goes up to 1.300N. This feature is even more relevant considering the possibility of continually operating at ED100%.
LOCKING SOLENOIDS
DELTA production is aimed at constructive choices for both simplicity and robustness, guaranteeing maximum reliability and efficiency. They are available in three different sizes, all have a built-in return spring and are produced with encapsulated coils or with stainless steel body.

Electromagnetic holding solenoids are solenoid systems without armature. In the energized state any ferromagnetic material is held. We also supply series PHD permanent holding solenoids which generate a holding force in a non-energized state.

These industrial holding magnets are units with an electromagnetic
holding system without an armature that is an open magnetic
circle for the holding of ferro magnetic parts.

These electromagnetic holding magnets are used in electrically operated independent clamping devices to hold open fire protection doors and exits. The doors are held open either in a fixed position or in a manually adjustable angle until they are electrically released.
Magnets for EX applications with ATEX certification are available.

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
Assembled on a fixed part, these suction cups ensure the magnetic maintenance of the doors via a reinforcing plate. The release is obtained: by electric drive remotely cut of the supply voltage for the models with lack of tension powering for the models with emission of current manually via a pushbutton (models with lack of tension). The return to the position “maintenance” is obtained while bringing back the door in the initial position.

DESCRIPTION:
The attraction and the lifting of the magnetic pieces is obtained by the magnet mounted in.
By energising the coil inside the electromagnet the piece is removed.
When operating with loads the corresponding security rules must be respected by the user.
Remanence during the neutralize of the magnets is aproximately 2 % of the retention force at 0,015 air gap.
When handling loads a security factor of 3 is necessary, the weight of the piece must be half of the magnetic force of the electromagnet.
- Options: Clamping screw for VEM25 and higher connector for VEM-65 and higher.

The actuator is composed of a magnetic circuit with a permanent magnet creating a magnetic force in the air gap.
In this air gap moves the coil linked to the actuation shaft.
The current that circulates in the coil reacts with the magnetic field and thus generates a mechanical force which is transmitted through the actuation shaft.
This force is directly proportional to the current, in direction and intensity.
