This newly designed, numeric control torquemefer is capable of carrying out right-hand and left-hand torsion tests including at break. It is a freestanding structure with precision ball-type professional guides.
It is supplied with a computer and touch display with new 24-bit microcontroller. Our system uses severo/ cards to control the axes, sensor, and cells that are connected via CanBus to enable displacements to position or force at a feedback speed of 1000 Hz. Industrial load cell reads are effected 1,000 times per second. Minimum indexing is 1/32,700 (this can be increased on request).
The newly developed measuring system MONITEX® measures the twisting angle and the speed of the approved KTR elastomer couplings ROTEX® and ROTEX® GS. Without having contact a light barrier scans the coupling and calculates the compression respectively the possible wear of the spider. Thus overload and possible wear can be determined in time without the need for a time-consuming disassembly of the drive unit.
- Ergonomically-designed and advanced style.
- Rugged die-cast aluminum housing excellent for noise protection.
- Various output functions (For models with the functions only).
- Peak-hold function for all models.
- Various functions unique to the digital gauges.
- Various attachments and a carrying case.
It is a torque checker to control electric screwdriver, air driver, and torque driver.
The measuring joints included with I-8 series and never like as ordinary screwed ones but brings you a stable measurement by its low friction. Needlessness to rewind the joint helps you to saves a lot of time.
The K series is a totally new class of torque industrial analyzers. They feature a built-in transducer and also have the unique ability to connect to an external transducer. Using a high performance circuitry they collect, store and eventually download torque measures for a complete analysis of the tool and/or the joint. Priced at an outstanding low level, this professional tester will surely become very popular for any company wishing to improve their product quality through the precise control of torque.
Ideal for use in production (application of torque), quality control (verification of torque) and for the calibration and or verification of torque wrench accuracy (calibration labs and room kits)
Easy to learn and use
Four to eight times more accurate than a conventional torque wrench or professional tester
Accuracy to .5% with bench mounted transducers
"Plug and play" torque detection
Versatile all-in-one unit can be used as both an accurate torque tool tester
First peak of torque mode allows hand calibration of click type torque wrenches
Memory for traceability
Standard rechargeable 9 volt battery
