O.ME.P.S. SRL has the pleasure to introduce the revolutionary concept of the self-supporting silo semi-trailers to transport powders and granulates: the new CM SIZE 42; it keeps the same dimensions of the famous O.ME.P.S. CM 39 DUMBO, but its capacity has been increased until 42 m3.
Have a look to its new design: the fluid lines and the particular geometric shapes of the shell are the result of a careful study of the aerodynamic flows and each detail has been devised and planned in accordance with the operators’ requirements.
The aim of such a clever solution is to improve the work conditions, the safety and the expediency of the transport on behalf of the third party. The advantage? The CM SIZE 42 silo semi-trailer is intended to make all the travels with a load, so that it can transport powders with different specific weights during both going and back routes.

O.ME.P.S. SRL knows what the customers expect from a tipping silo semi-trailers manufacturer: innovation, quality and economization. For that reason our engineers have designed a new chassis for the tipping silo semi-trailers, creating the new range of the CR Light Liner.
The choice of new aluminium extrusion sections allow to reduce the dead weight of the CR 59 silo semi-trailer, just 6.600 kg and to raise its payload: the chassis has been entirely bolted with special self-braking bolts, the oil tank has been put on the front side of the frame, so that the rear transom supporting the lending legs is lighter during the tipping step.
Moreover the safety for the vehicle stabilization has been improved thanks to the application of a double bolt die on the manual lending legs and a double locking valve on the hydraulic lending legs.
The main characteristics of such a light tipping liner is the lowest barycentre of the loaded semi-trailer and the particular care for the details.

The Hydrotrans G4-series are a series transporters with four-wheel steering. Both the front and the rear wheels can be independently controlled. This makes the transporter very manoeuvrable. The transporter is available from 20 tons upwards.
Thee G4-series can be delivered with width adjustment. So the whole transporter can be adjusted in width according to the different boat supports.
The G4 is like the G2 pulled, this means that a pulling vehicle needs to be attached to the transporter. The pulling vehicle supplies the hydraulic power and provides the movement.
The controls of the Hydrotrans can all be done from the pulling vehicle.
It is very easy to attach the transporter to the pulling vehicle. Two simple latches and a plug provide the controls needed.

Built with High Grade S355 Steel, the G4 series of transporter is available with capacities of from 20 tons and up.

The G4 series, like the G2, requires a tow vehicle which supplies the hydraulic power. The controls of the Hydrotrans can all be done from the tow vehicle. Attaching the transporter to the tow vehicle is done with two simple latches and a plug which provides the power needed.
All Hydrotrans equipment are built according to CE-regulations and tested at the factory before shipment. All Hydrotrans equipment can also be built to SAE standards.

The Hydrotrans RM Multipurpose is build to transport heavy objects, and can be designed specifically to carry Steel tanks, windmill bases, or industrial pipes.
With high grade solid tires and the solid construction off the axles, the RM Multipurpose offers optimal security across any terrain capable of supporting the load. A further advantage off the RM Multipurpose is that the axles are automatically adjusting to the ground.
The Hydrotrans RM MP are built with high standard products. Steering is computerized according to the Ackermann principal. Driving speed is 3 km/h loaded and 6 km/h with out load. Controls are completely radio remote.
The Hydrotrans RM MP standard has variable width. As an option, length can also be adjusted.

This is a general purpose type prover presently being used in the gas and petroleum industries. It could be adapted or modified for use in other industries as well. A range of sizes, up to 1500 gallons, can be produced.
An example of a trailer mounted prover is the 100 Gallon Volumetric Liquified Petroleum Gas Prover. This prover is in use by a State Bureau for the purpose of accurately measuring and checking flow meters and gauges. It is mounted on a trailer for maximum mobility and convenience for transporting the unit to inside or outside mounted meters. It can be used to check meters measuring LP (liquid petroleum gas) being loaded into the truck and or those meters measuring the gas as it is dispensed from the vehicle.
Any standard, or custom measures, or provers can be trailer or truck mounted to your specifications and for all industries whether it's for in-yard or over-the-road purposes.
Custom trailers meet all I.C.C. regulations. They can be equipped with brakes and can be leveled by jack screws or hydraulic jacks. Dual axles are available where required.

The POWER P is an extra-strong hookloader with a design – including a double slewing mechanism – which endows it with enormous lifting capacity reserves and an enormous outreach at low level.
