The Unipac U 2060 is a 8-station modular and innovative automatic tube filler with a compact and robust design for versatile batch production of semi solids, mainly used for small and medium sized production volumes. The 2060 offers fast change over times which allow an easy and efficient product change. It is easy to clean and will run all sizes and styles of tubes in aluminum, polyethylene or laminate.

NM 602
Nordenmatic 602 is very cost effective filler providing many features as standard. The design of the machine is ergonomic and easy to handle and maintain for operators.
NM 602 can be equipped with two-colour co-extrusion filling, Design-A-Seal® , Scoop Seal® And Euroslot, which means that the filler is very flexible, and therefore suitable for different product segments. The filling accuracy is excellent compared to competitors tube fillers in this speed range.
NM 602 can be equipped with all Norden tube feeding systems except Norden robot feeder.

NM 5002S
Modern technique combined with Norden´s long experience has made it possible to build one of the fastest tube filling line in the world.
The NM 5002S is a five head filler with a maximum output of 500 tubes per minute and is suitable for handling of plastic and laminated tubes with diameters ranging from 19 to 38 mm.
Two robots synchronised with each other feed the tubes to the machine. Several functions in the tube filler are servo driven, such as the main drive, the tube transport system, the filling pumps, the lift at filling, etc. The machine is prepred for two or three colour co-exstrusion filling.
The transfer of the filled tubes from the NM 5002S to the cartoner NP 5002S is made by a servo driven pick and place unit taking five tubes at a time by the cap first. The servo driven main motors of the two machines are synchronised by an "eletric shaft".

NM 902
The Nordenmatic 902 is a compact tube filling machine for production outputs of up to 100 tubes per minute. The machine is in robust design with the indexing gear in closed oil bath casting and all vital functions mechanically.

Tube Bottom-up filling . A mechanical lifting mechanism or run by a servo motor (upon request) controls the lifting and descending of the tube according to the fill product characteristics.

Up to 30 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity, filling volume and operator ability in the manual feeding and orientation of the empty tubes.
The dosing unit can be positioned outside the machine frame by turning the hinged support 90° and, using the foot pedal, can fill jars, bottles and various containers.
