The Webster DHM 3 Series Digital Hydraulic Multimeter is an all-in-one unit designed to test the performance of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and hydrostatic transmissions.
The easy-to-use design allows the operator to just switch on and test, without complex setup or special training.
The DHM measures flow, pressure and temperature. In addition, the DHM holds the peak pressure value as well as calculating hydraulic power and volumetric efficiency using the unique P-Q test button.
The DHM is the ideal tool for pinpointing hydraulic system faults, reducing downtime, and helping in preventative maintenance. The design builds on the very successful Webster DHT range of portable testers with the addition of a large digital display and a built-in pressure transducer.
The turbine flow meter with built-in loading valve is bi-directional and specifically designed to enable the operator to simulate the maximum working pressure safely during normal machine operation.
The loading valve has safety discs built-in to protect the operator and the multimeter in the event of excessive pressure, allowing oil to bypass the loading valve INTERNALLY with no spillage of oil from the hydraulic circuit, eliminating any danger to the operator or environmental hazards.

This multi-range radial flow turbine meter uses a low inertia turbine supported on robust sapphire bearings in a chemically resistant housing. Ten flow ranges, a choice of "plug in" end connection fittings, and two styles of pulse detection system make this meter one of the most flexible available. The unit has individual traceable calibration, and can be considered as simple apparatus when placed in a hazardous area.
The unit can be configured with fittings and electrical connections to suit OEM requirements. Particular advantages include a wide flow range, long bearing life and in-line design. Output is via a pulse, which can be monitored by simple electronic systems.

The Webster DHT 1 Series Digital Hydraulic Testers accurately measure flow, pressure and temperature. Webster testers are designed to conveniently check the performance of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and hydrostatic transmissions.
This easy to use diagnostic tester has simplified controls and can pin-point hydraulic system faults, reducing downtime and helping in preventive maintenance. The tester comprises a turbine flow block and a large easy to read digital display which indicates both flow and temperature.
The tester has a built-in loading valve to simulate the working pressure during normal machine operation. The built-in safety discs protect the machine and operator in event of excessive pressure, allowing oil to safely bypass the loading valve INTERNALLY with no spillage of oil from the hydraulic circuit, eliminating clean-up costs and environmental hazards.

Titan manufacture flowmeters based on the Pelton wheel technique. This well proven method is the ideal way of measuring low rates of flow of low viscosity liquids. Advantages are wide flow range, good linearity and repeatability, with a compact, low-cost design. The unit can be built totally from engineering plastics, with no metallic parts in contact with the fluid monitored.
The 800, 900 and 1000 series flowmeters can measure flows from 0.05L/min to 30 L/min, or are available as simple flow switches, to alarm on flow failure, low or high flow. End connections are typically BSPF threads or hose barbs, other connections can be supplied.

Litre Meter developed the Pelton wheel principle as the best to achieve accurate measurements of low flows.
A single turbine ring size is common to all Litre Meter flowmeters. The turbine rotor is based on a highly efficient 'Pelton Wheel' design. It is available in various chemically resistant materials such as PFA (Teflon)and PVDF. The rotor ferrites are sealed to make them non-wetted parts. Sapphire bearings are offered for maximum chemical resistance as standard. These provide a very low friction mechanically-robust bearing with long life characteristics.
The rotation of the rotor is sensed by an electronic system using the interaction of ferrites in the rotor tips with a pickup coil. No drag is imposed on the rotor which assists in the measurement of extremely low flows. This, coupled with the efficient Pelton Wheel design and low friction bearings gives the meter major advantages. The complete turbine ring assembly can be easily removed with the meter remaining in line if cleaning is required.

The Litre Meter pelton wheel flowmeter was first patented in 1975 and has an established reputation for function and reliability. Flows from 0.004 l/min can be metered up to 28 l/min using our LM series range. Large flowmeters are provided utilising the orifice/bypass principle where a wide flow range is given and the ability to measure low flows is retained. Pelton Wheel flowmeters are suitable for low viscosity clean fluids with variants in all- PFA Teflon for maximum chemical resistance and high pressure types to 2000 bar at the other end of the spectrum.

Turbine flow meters are mediate volume transmitters similar to a Woltmann's sailwheel meter. Thanks to extremely rapid response times and high resolution turbine flow meters are perfectly suitable for fast filling systems.
Due to an enormous pressure and temperature resistance turbine flow meters will also be the perfect choice for water torch systems, temperature control units, cooling circuits or painting systems, where the consumption of solvents and di-water needs to be measured.

Liquid enters the precision metering insert containing the turbine rotor. The liquid pressure drives the turbine rotor rate of rotation proportional to the volumetric flow rate. The rotor's rotation is magnetically coupled to a hermetically sealed indicator or indicator/transmitter.
