The Series TFXL ultrasonic transit time flow meter is a reliable and cost-effective flow meter designed to replace mechanical meters where liquid conditions damage or impede operation. This non-invasive flow meter requires no maintenance, as it clamps on to the outside of the pipe. It provides a 4-20mA analog and simulated turbine meter frequency output, interfacing with a variety of monitoring equipment. The TFXL is available in an integral mount system for pipes size .5" (12mm) to 2” (50mm), and a remote system for pipes size .5" [12mm] and larger.

The battery-powered ultrasonic flowmeter FLUXUS® F601 is an ideal tool for service work and quick control measurements. Its clamp-on flow transducers are simply mounted onto the pipe from the outside and are thus quickly installed, without process interruption.
The measurement is pressure independent and can take place on pipes of almost any materials and on almost any liquid. Transducers are available for pipe diameters from 6 mm to 6500 mm and for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 400°C (more). Two pairs of transducers usually are enough to realize all standard industrial applications. FLUXUS F601 is thus highly flexible and can be used on the most various applications on totally different measuring points.
FLUXUS® F601 has been engineered for the harsh conditions of industrial installations. Its housing is water and dust tight and resistant against oil, many liquids and dirt. The meter and its many accessories are delivered in a sturdy waterproof transport case which dimensions fulfil the airline requirements for carry-on luggage.
Thanks to advanced battery management and Lithium ions battery, F601 allows for more than 14 hours of battery-powered measurement. The remaining battery capacity is displayed and helps planning measuring campaigns realistically.
Beside the standard version, F601 can also be delivered with a wider range of signal inputs and outputs (Multifunctional version), as well as in the Energy version with high precision temperature probes making the energy measurement more powerful than ever.

Clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters
The SITRANS F US clamp-on ultrasonic flow technology offers several advantages, number one being the utilization of external transducers. These are quickly and easily mounted on the outside of the pipe, making them the perfect choice for retrofit applications and applications where corrosive, toxic or high pressure liquids and gases rule out the option of cutting the pipe.

GE Panametrics' GC868 flowmeter is a fixed-installation flowmeter comprised of the GC868 electronics, a pair of advanced clamp-on ultrasonic transducers, a clamping fixture, a preamplifier located near the transducers and coaxial cables to connect the transducers to the preamplifier and GC868 electronics. The DigitalFlow GC868 flowmeter can be used to measure the flow of any gas or steam.

The Preso ThermoTrack is a non-invasive ultrasonic flow meter combined with non-invasive temperature sensors, to measure energy use in water-based HVAC systems. No sensors come in contact with the liquid and there are no moving parts, so downtime and maintenance are eliminated. The flow meter utilizes transit time ultrasonic technology and the temperature sensors are Pt1000 RTDs. The flow rate, supply line temperature and return line temperature measurements provide the necessary inputs to calculate energy use, displayed in BTUs, Calories or Watts. New measurement technology 'ESC' (or Echo Shape Control), this is an automatic function, essentially an ultrasonic auto-focus, which offers the warranty of quick, sure and accurate flow measurement.
The dual pipe version can calculate, display and transmit a QT flow value equal to the sum or the difference of the two flows that device measures on two independent pipes. It is possible to install the two set of transducers on a same pipe and closed to each other to improve the measurement reliability or better at two different locations and do a line balance or a leak detection.

Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter with DSP Technology
The MUL-310 is a "Time of flight" type Ultrasonic Flowmeter for liquids. Since the ultrasonic receiver required for the flow measurement is installed by the clamp-on system on the exterior of the pipe, it does not contact the measuring fluid at all, and also there are no concerns about particle generation or contamination of metallic ions in the fluid as it is truly non-invasive. It is suitable for the flow rate measurement of pure water and ultra pure water for the semiconductor industry. The resistance to bubble interference in the signal has been sharply improved by the new signal process method "DSP"(Digital Signal Processor). If bubbles are contained in the fluid, the transmission of the ultrasonic signal is impeded and signal recognition becomes difficult resulting in a loss of signal. Digital Signal Processing technology has been adopted for MUL-310, and even if the bubbles are contained in the fluid, the stable measurement of signal can be achieved. This product does not have limitations in terms of volume of bubbles by air volume being less than 10%. (It is not possible to recognize the signal in case of fluid streams with excessive bubbles)
