This ultrasonic fixed type flowmeter consists of two sensors clamped on the pipe (DN 50 to 6000 mm, according to sensors) and of a digital converter, remote mounted. It can measure bi-directional flow speeds from -32 to +32 m/s. A display and an integrated keyboard allow the user to configure and to check all the settings.
In addition to the 4-20 mA output, the Time Delta is equipped with a totalization function, an automatic range change, 2 alarms and 2 configurable contact outputs. The converter and the sensors have IP67 protection.
The FLUXUS ® ADM 5107 ultrasonic flowmeter for permanent installation was designed for the water- and wastewater industry.
The watertight transducers are small and practical, fast to install They are watertight and equipped with fixed transducer wiring. On request, the instrument can be pre-configured at the factory so as to reduce commissioning work to a minimum. Thanks to the clamp-on technology, no cutting or welding work is needed to mount the transducers on the pipe.
Easy to install and without maintenance, MINISONIC flowmeters are mostly associated to clamp-on probes suitable for most pipes from 10 mm to 3.3 m and any kind of fluids transparent to ultrasounds (water, oil, acids alkali's, refrigerants and other aggressive applications).
Thanks to their exclusive technology ESC (Echo Shape Control), an auto-focus for ultrasounds, these flowmeters are accurate and reliable. Fixed versions with standard or explosion proof models for hazardous area (ATEX certification) and portable versions are available.
Our MINISONIC ultrasonic flowmeters range is being extended with dual-pipe versions for a measurement of two simultaneous flows and with dual-chord systems to compensate for hydraulic disturbances (poor flow conditions).
You also benefit of enhanced resources to solve your standard but also your atypical applications, among which : a 89 dB amplification dynamic, a permanent signal checking, an 0.1 nanosecond accuracy on time measurements, an accurate auto-zero…
The FLUXUS® ADM 8127 ultrasonic flowmeter was specially designed for offshore applications. Its housing is made entirely of stainless steel. It is seawater-proof and ATEX approved for use in explosive atmosphere zones 1 and 2. All electronic components are in a flameproof enclosure with protection degree IP66. Terminals and terminal boxes are designed with protection type Ex-e "increased safety".
The Pulsar Ultra 3 & 5, coupled with the 125kHz high-accuracy dBMACH3 transducer, is a great solution for non-contacting open channel flow applications.
Measuring to BS3680 and operating with all standard flumes and weirs, Flow Oracle provides reliable flow measurement for both water industry and general industrial users.
LEFM® technology was installed on the first petroleum application in 1972. By 1976 a leak detection system in Alaska using 48 inch LEFM meters was installed and continues to operate today.
Caldon played a key role in establishing the API standard for measuring liquid hydrocarbons with transit time ultrasonic flow meters.
LEFM Series 200 flow meters are used in all areas of Petroleum processing - gathering, production, and distribution - by companies all over the world. The SoundTrack system is used to measure the relative density and kinematic viscosity of petroleum fluids. This information can provide interface detection in pipelines that carry multiple products.
