The automatic welding machine FORPLAST-P is the powerful device for welding truck tarpaulins, tents and awning materials. It produces optionally 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm or 45 mm wide overlap welds and may also be supplied as or converted into an automatic tape-welding machine at customer request.
The heat output of up to 4000 W 230 V AC can be electronically adjusted to temperatures between 20 and 700 °C for an individual adjustment to different materials.
The welding machine starts automatically after the weld head has been swivelled in.
An additional cold stage permits the fan to cool down once work is completed, without having to adjust the previously selected temperature.
In addition, the infinitely variable speed adjustment from 0 to 19 m/minute makes for an optimum welding result. Furthermore, the automatic welding machine’s three-point support ensures a reliable pressure on the tarpaulin.
Welding performance:
Tarpaulin materials: 6 to 8 m/min.
Belt webbing: 3 to 4 m/min.
Thread-reinforced plastic sheeting: 10 to 12 m/min.
Accessories:
The hem welding kit for the FORPLAST-P automatic welding machines allows the simple and easy production of hems in the tarpaulin and advertising banner industry.
The kit can be used for both 20mm and 30mm hems and can be simply attached to the FORPLAST-P automatic welding machine. Customers who already have a FORPLAST-P model can upgrade their machine without any problem.

Hot plate welding is beneficial to manufacturers seeking to join thermoplastic parts where both high-strength and hermetic seals are required, or where parts have complex geometries, such as irregular shape, or curved or internal walls. Several models of hot plate welders are available to accommodate parts up to 72" x 24" in size. Models are available with horizontal or vertical plates. This process is often employed to assemble batteries, fluid reservoirs, lighters, or other challenging plastics joining applications where cost-effective methods and strong seals are crucial.
HH Series Horizontal Hot Plate Welders
Branson's Model HH-15 hot plate welder (at right) combines versatility in a small footprint. The distinctive feature of this welder is its horizontal platen, which enables it to process parts that are not adaptable to standard vertical hot plate welders.
Branson's HH-Series horizontal hot plate welders are complete assembly systems designed to weld parts up to 24" by 72" (610 by 1829 mm), or multiple smaller parts. (Note: the HH24S platen size is 24" by 19"/610 x 483 mm.)
Branson's HV-15 vertical hot plate welder is designed to weld parts up to 15" by 12" (375 by 300 mm), or multiple smaller parts.
Branson's HV-15S Hot Plate Welder is a complete plastics assembly system using a vertical heat platen, coupled with servo-driven holding fixtures, giving the user greater control over weld results than is possible with conventional mechanical stops.

Fischer plastic welding engineering GmbH has the smallest hand welding set of the world developed which after the Zirkularschweissystem (similar to vibration) works.
Thus rectangular ones technical parts can be welded to wall elements or pipes on the building site or in production.
With 3 vacuum sow gladly the equipment takes up all forces, which are necessary for welding. The module weighs still approx. 12 kg which by a worker to the place which can be welded is lifted, vacuum start, already is the worker entlasstet and to weld, the equipment makes everything else for start within 5 seconds.
The equipment can be used into the building of cabs, Wagonbau, boat building, air and Rauffahrtbau, even with welding on of sensors/owners/outlets at plastic pipelines is ideal it, since by the circular letter welding system the radius of the pipe does not play the role as with the Rotationsschweissen.
We look for users and distributers of this innovation in the friction welding engineering.

The Spin Welder SWP 06 has been designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (CAD, CNC).
With this technology it is possible to weld parts made of most thermoplastic materials, having circular shapes.
For spin welding technology, the heat necessary for the fusion of the parts is being produced by a rotating motion combined with thrust pressure.
The motor driving the rotating spindle is a brushless type. The motion of the transducer holder head is achieved with a pneumatic system run by a proportional valve, and on high precision prismatic guides.
One of the most important features of this welder is certainly the cycle control system totally run by a MICROPROCESSOR.
It is possible to weld with time mode, torsion mode or even with distance mode. In this case, the welding height is controlled by encoder with centesimal resolution.
It is very important that the rotating spindle can stop in a precise angular position with an error of +/- 1 degree. Using this feature we can weld parts having a geometric shape with reference angle.
For every cycle phase, descent, welding and solidification, it is possible to program different thrust pressures. With this microprocessor you can store 10 different welding programs.

Thanks to the circular vibration technology it is possible to weld pieces of thermoplastic material with complex shapes or, when it is not possible to weld the material itself with the conventional technologies (ultrasounds- hot plate ).
The vibration welder VSP409 has been designed and manufactured using the most updated technologies. The vibration is circular. Contrarily to the existing common welders, the motion is got through the unbalancing of the shaft, that has a particular geometry. This is very important, as the customer can do the fixtures by himself. The mechanical and electrical solutions allow
to work in good conditions and with a wide of regulation possibilities, fitting the welder to the most different welding problems. The welder structure is very strong. The basement and the column are in painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft, is a Brushless type with the innovative electronic placement set.
The movement of the hold-transducer head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve and it takes place on high precision prismatic guides and
with important mechanical characteristics .
One of the most important feature of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a microprocessor.
It is possible to weld with time mode or with quote mode function controlled by an encoder with centesimal resolution.
In every phase of the cycle, head down, welding and compression, it is possible to set different thrust pressures.
The microprocessor allows to save 10 welding programs.
