The ultrasonic welders of the USP-M series have been designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (CAD, CNC).

The movement of the transducer holder head is achieved with a pneumatic system on high-precision prismatic guides. For continuous ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic-coated fabrics, the tissues to be joined are put one upon the other by a guiding device and fed between the rotary sonotrode and anvil roller.
By means of ultrasonic the molecular structure of the fabric gets activated and heated. As a result the thermoplastic coating melts and joins.
