GIA Utility/Service Truck. Three models are manufactured today i.e. GIA 111 and GIA 211 which is articulated trucks and GIA TT 24 which is a rigid truck. All three models are 4-wheel driven in order to be able to operate in steep inclinations.
The models can be equipped with e.g. boom and basket, scissors platform for ANFO charging, scaling, different kinds of installations and service works. The trucks can also be used as e.g. small dump truck or shotcreting rig. A combination of several equipments on cassettes makes one truck useful in many different applications.

Service platforms
AMV Service Platforms are supplied in many configurations. The most popular version is the AMV 10,5. This unit is built on a lorry chassis, it has a maximum working height of the platform floor of 10,5 m. and a lifting capacity of 1500 kg. over the whole working range. It is equipped with four hydraulic support legs. The standard version has a p.t.o. driven hydraulic pump. An electric powerpack can be supplied as an option. Other options are diesel driven compressors and generators for tool operation. All operations are radio operated.

Utilift scissors lifts on our famous mining carrier are designed for lifting and installations in mining and low-profile tunnelling. Utilifts are suitable for roof reinforcement work, charging explosives, hanging cables and installing pipes, ventilation equipment, etc. Typical standard options include a side-shift platform, platform tilt, crane, pipe changing equipment, air compressors, an electric-driven power pack for platform hydraulics, ANFO charging kits and helper platforms. The vehicle’s driving ergonomics can be enhanced with an optional, fully enclosed, high-comfort operator’s cab.

GOODS-LIFT / TRANSFER OF LEVEL
A range of elevators with columns lift designed "made-to-measure" according to various specifications, allow the vertical transfer of all kind of charges
- without embarked personnel - between several levels.
Those goods-lift with columns have to be imperatively embedded in built concrete shafts or in metallic cages with plain walls and doors equipped with electro-mechanical interlocks.

EH Series Twin Column Workstations
EH Series dual column workstations combine the versatility of full rotation and positioning with heavy-duty lifting power. Vertical movement is driven by an electric/hydraulic pump-chain design with a carriage riding up and down on linear rails bolted to the dual columns.
An articulating arm is capable of full rotation on an axis parallel to the floor. Lineal translational movement along the arm can also be provided. The entire unit can be rotated manually or electrically along the base in order to allow the workstation to interface with other devices in different positions.
EH Series dual column workstations are ideal for systems integration (also available through Unidex). Multiple units can be used to create a complete production line. When a number of heavy components become part of the final product, they can be sequentially added if the base of the assembly is mounted to a transport trolley so it moves from workstation to holding track workstation. Unidex manipulators can be used to lift mating pieces into position.

Column lifts are particularly useful in situations where conventional lifting tables cannot be used due to there mechanical design. A lift of up to 5000mm can be achieved independent of the platform size. The column lift can be used in many situations due to the many differing design possibilities.
Platforms can be delivered in the following types: Anti-slip coating, tear plate, roller conveyor, prism, turntable, roller bearing conveyor.
