Wheel and articulated loader is to be used for loading and delivery of winning from exploitation mine face at the underground mining heading of methane-free mines that mine non-ferrous metals ores and/or mineral raw materials. The loader is equipped with a cabin that ensures protection for the operator seating there; the protection against collapse during vertical stroke with the energy of 60 kJ. The construction enables its assembling in two positions. Good stability and relevant power transmission system enables the use of the said machine to exploit deposits at headings with the longitudinal grade of (in the traffic direction) to 15° and at headings with across grades to 8°.

The KGE-710F shearer is a shallow longwall shearer, applied for two-way pocketless mining and loading of coal in a longwall system of exploiting coal beds with a height from 1,2 m to 3,3 m and longitude inclination up to 35° and crosswise up to 20o after lifting and 15o after decline. The shearer feed is powered by tractors with electric engines powered by an inverter placed in the shearer, with 480V voltage and regulated frequency in the scope from 0 to 100Hz.

The KGS-485 type shearer is used for mining medium coal beds with a height from 1,5m to 3,1m. Feed system EICOTRACK. The shearer is equipped with a MAKS-i Automatization System as well as a radio steering system of admitted type. Maximum installed power is 2x170(200) kW + 1x85kW = 425(485) kW. Powered by 1 cable 6x70 or 2px3x70. Voltage 1000V or 1140V. The shoulder (or 200kW engine) is equipped with an overload safeguard.

Rocmec systems for anfo charging
GIA Industri AB and Dyno Nobel Europe have signed an agreement regarding the Dyno Nobel Rocmec ANFO Charging Equipment program and Rocmec Scaling Machines. The purpose of the agreement is to further strengthen the market with high quality equipment utilising GIA´s mechanical skills and Dyno Nobel´s large know-how regarding explosives and charging technique. Both organisations believe this will benefit our customers in the mining and construction industry.
Enough explosives for an entire charging cycle
The Rocmec DC is equipped with the ANOL CC – Nitro Nobel´s latest compressed air charger. The charger comes in two sizes of 500 or 1000 litres volume respectively. And the compact design allows either size to be carried by the smallest truck. If required, the Rocmec DC can be fitted with an additional charger for e.g. contour explosives. ANOLUP, equipment for filling up the charger with Anfo is an option.
Hose pusher with 4-wheel drive
Approximate positioning over the drill hole is executed by the boom. For precision positioning, the hose pusher can be angled ± 45° laterally and ± 20° longitudinally.
The hose feed uses four drive wheels for minimum wear and best friction. Contact pressure is automatically adjusted in order to ensure minimum wear. The feed is fixed at maximum speed while retraction speed can be selected by the operator.

Prentice has a full line of stationary mount loaders for a wide range of mill yard applications. Three size models are available with onboard or remote power. Electric motors range in horsepower from 60 to 100hp and are totally enclosed and rated for severe duty. Heavy-duty boom options range in length from 25' to 36' for handling short wood as well as tree length.
