The DRILLMASTER 100 Series was designed and manufactured to meet the toughest mining environments. Featuring a Clark Power Shift transmission with 3 forward and 3 reverse gears this jumbo travels the mine with ease. Boasting an overall width of only 1321 mm it is capable of drilling in narrow vein headings as well as large headings due to its boom coverage.
For ease of maintenance and repair the DRILLMASTER 100 Series was designed with the mechanic in mind, providing easy access and removal of all components.

The DRILLMASTER 150 series was designed and manufactured to meet the

It is a completely equipped, high capacity drill rig for small sized tunnels and
mine production.
For ease of maintenance and repair the DRILLMASTER 150 series was

The unit is fitted with RDH'S own unique Drill Control Manifold which features some of the newest hydraulic technology available.
The DRILLMASTER 150 series is a self contained drilling rig with an onboard
compressor and air mist drilling system.
Featuring a solid frame, unlike other single boom jumbos that lack in stability and are unable to operate on uneven surfaces or conditions.

Self-propelled Drilling Truck is a one working station, one extension arm, for drilling shot holes at underground headings of methane-free mines that mine non-ferrous metals ores and/or mineral raw materials.
The working system of the drilling rig is equipped with telescope extension arm of RWP type and telescope drilling frame with a hammer hydraulic drill.
Drilling rig is equipped with a cabin that ensures protection for the operator seating there; the protection against collapse during vertical stroke with the energy of 60 kJ.
Good stability and relevant power transmission system enables the use of the said machine to exploit deposits at headings with the longitudinal grade of (in the traffic direction) to 15° and at headings with across grades to 5°.

The HAS-100 can drill both rotary bits or with I-T-H hammers. It has been used to drill with a 24 inch (609 mm) I-T-H Reverse Circulation hammer diameter holes to a depth over 1300 ft. (400 m). It can drill up or down holes and has the capacity to drill 30 inch (762mm) diameter hole to a depth of 500 ft (150 meters).

Three boom jumbos can be supplied with three different boom sizes. The light alloy feeders can be supplied in lengths from 14’ to 22’, to suit the customer’s requirements. The largest boom gives a maximum drilling height of 11,5 meters and a maximum face width of 16 meters.
Motabert HC 109 drifters are standard.
The jumbo can be supplied with or without a service basket. Rod handling equipment for longhole drilling is available. The jumbos are supplied with Bever Control computer systems. The systems can be adapted to level of automation required by the customer. Full logging facilities and m.w.d. are available.
