L-BV54
Intake volume flow: 90 – 340 m3/h
Intake pressure (min.): 100 mbar (abs.)
The Elmo Rietschle pumps primarily prove themselves in applications with damp process gases. They are characterized by an extremely high volume flow (up to 340 m³/h) and achieve intake pressures of 100 mbar (abs.).
The effort required for pre-separation of liquids is reduced or preseparation can be completely eliminated. The use of an additional water pump is no longer required in most cases.
Optimizations of the flow geometry in the block pumps have led to very low power requirements and extremely low noise levels. The single-stage, compact, rugged design minimizes the space needed and ensures virtually maintenance-free
operation.
The benefits are obvious. Liquid ring vacuum pumps L-BV54 will considerably reduce your costs for installation, operation and service.
Advantages:

LR Single and Two Stage Liquid Ring Pumps
The Edwards single and two stage liquid ring vacuum pumps provide the optimum solution for many rough vacuum applications in the chemical and allied process industries. Single stage liquid ring pumps are suitable for continuous operation on pressure from atmosphere down to 100 mbar, while the two stage configuration offers greater efficiency at low pressures. Both configurations can handle wet corrosive process streams and are tolerant of particulates while offering minimal maintenance requirements, vibration and noise.
LR1A Liquid Ring Pumps :
The LR1A Series of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps provide a single-stage design and curved blade impellor with reinforcing rings for improved ruggedness, reducing noise and vibration. Capable of handling wet or dry gases with a high tolerance to liquid carry over, the LR1A Series has an enhanced bearing design enabling reduced internal clearances for improved efficiency.
Pumps are available in cast iron and 316 stainless steel construction as standard with other materials and corrosion-resistant coatings available. All are tested to DIN 28431:1987and are available as part of ATEX Category 1 and 2 T4 systems.
The LR1A pumps are bare-shaft machines and can be supplied as part of a standard package, incorporating electric motor, base-plate and seal liquid recovery system, suitable for once through, partial or total recirculation. Custom-engineered packages are also available.

Oil-lubricated rotary-vane vacuum pumps achieve a very high end-vacuum at a minimum noise level.
|
|
The EH mechanical booster pump, based on the simple Roots principle, remains the favourite pump for applications where high pumping speeds are required for pressures in the region of 0.01 to 10 mbar. This pump must always be backed by another pump, which can deliver against a high-pressure differential to atmospheric pressure.
Operating at relatively low pressures, the mechanical booster pump is not exposed to the same concentrations of corrosive process media as is the backing pump, which makes it highly reliable.
