Pneumatic conveying is a core technology of Gericke since more than 60 years! Suction conveyors are very compact, easy to install and simple to operate. The suction unit with its integrated receiving hopper can be placed on feeders, mixers, vessels.
Combined with a weighing sysem, the units work as suction weigher, meaning that batches can be measured during conveying cycle.
The system operate purely pneumatically and are therefore suitable for hazardous areas too.

Positive Displacement Vacuum Pumps
Vacuum pump packages are recommended for the higher rates over longer distances and continuous service. They are also used on many applications where a venturi unit would be adequate but sufficient compressed air is not available. They feature a positive displacement lobe-type blower and are complete packages with motor and blower, secondary material filter on the inlet and muffler on the outlet. These units are mounted on a heavy duty, forkliftable base and are equipped with belt guards conforming to current OSHA standards. Included are a glycerin-filled vacuum gauge and a vacuum relief valve. The secondary filter protects the pump from any carryover of material from the material receiver. Cartridges are easily changed by removing the end cover. Optional differential pressure gauge and/or switch can be furnished to indicate or shut down if filter should become restricted.

With a wide range of granule receivers ranging from 1,5 to 140 dm3, Piovan is able to offer the ideal solution for all conveying requirements. The modular principle underlying our one-way system of trapezoidal toothed roller brushes provides for fast, low cost changes of brushes. They can be installed and similarly removed by a simple hand operation. The teeth lock securely (and in a non-twist manner); as a result, a gap-free bristle surface is assured. Air Conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System is available in both coated aluminum or high temperature stainless steel. Simply clamp a standard hose size to each end of the Ring-Vac™ to create this high energy conveying system. No moving parts for maintenance free operation with capacity and flow controlled with a pressure regulator.
Air Conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System is available in 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), and 3" (76mm) sizes. Any size beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to high compressed air requirements.
In addition, beyond 3", the vacuum ability begins to drop significantly except for highly intermittent applications. RD F range
The RD F range can be used for conveying of light and non-abrasive bulk.
The blower parts are made of aluminium cast, the impellers are made of welded sheet steel. The solid construction of the practically maintenance
free medium pressure blowers is the basis for a long lasting service life and low operation cost. Inspection and cleaning may only be carried out at these blowers by unscrewing the housing cover plate. All drive motors are made to IP 54 enclosure, class F thermal insulation and comply with EN 60034-1 (VDE 530 Part 1). The motor power is oversized in order to have sufficient reserve for the conveying.

The ConveyXonic® is the « 4 in 1 » belt capable of transporting loads from 1 to 1 200kg (2 to 2500 lbs.) as well as replace the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt).
