A standard built-in thermostat acts as an thermal overload switch and ensures that the heating cartridges can not overheat
All pumps are prepared for installation with an over-temperature switch (optional) for checking the cooling water circuit, and a contact thermometer (optional) to monitor the operating temperature of the diffusion pump
Indication of the oil level by sight-glass permits simple checking of the current oil level
All DIP pumps are delivered with their inside chamber cleaned in such a manner that it is free of oil. The inside is evacuated. In the condition as delivered, the pumps may be also operated with silicone oil

The diffusion pumps from the DIP range are used in coating systems, vacuum melting and drying systems as well as in vacuum furnaces in the area of metallurgy

An elastomer diaphragm is moved up and down by an eccentric. On the down-stroke it draws the air or gas being handled through the inlet valve. On the up-stroke the diaphragm forces the medium through the exhaust valve and out of the head. The compression chamber is hermetically sealed from the drive mechanism by the diaphragm. The diaphragm pumps transfer, evacuate, and compress completely oil-free.

The TANDEM version is a unit made up of two Skid compressors assembled on a single tank as the previous version, with a second compressor and it can work as stock or as support in case the need of air should be higher than the yield of the single compressor.

General's oil less riser mounted air compressors are fully automatic, and virtually maintenance free. The dry-type (oil-free) OFP series is designed mainly for medical and dental use. This is possible since the compressor group is not lubricated and, on top of that, the generated compressed air is cooled and subsequently dried, in order to eliminate all condensate residue that is produced during the compression process; the air vessel inside surface is treated to avoid any possible contamination
Thanks to the oil free pump the compressor produce high-quality compressed air, without presence of oil residual. With the cooler and dryer version, the air becomes perfectly dry, and therefore eliminates problems with eventual condense.

DYNAMIC series
Power class: 65-370 kWOil-free compressed air at the best possible cost-benefit ratio! The DYNAMIC series offers an oil-free, two-stage turbocompressor series in the power output range of 65 to 370 kW with volumetric flow rates of between 9.7 and 65.5 m³/min and 9-bar final compressing pressure.
The DYNAMIC series is particularly suitable for applications in the medium to large industry sector, for example petrochemicals, refineries, the steel and automotive industries.
