The EcoDry M incorporates a dry sliding mechanism without the need for oil or hydrocarbons.
Through the further developed and optimised compression processes, the EcoDry M 15/30 attains with three compression stages a base pressure (total) in the low 10-2 mbar range.
Since the EcoDry M 15/20/30 may be operated either vertically (as normally delivered) or horizontally, this pump is highly flexible when it has to be integrated into the customer’s system.

General descriptino
HINDHIVAC manufactures different models of Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps. These Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps are robust and are most reliable. They can be used in combination with Roots Vacuum Blowers.
These Piston Pumps are extremely useful in handling high volumes of gases and are provided with Gas Ballast Valves to pump out condensable vapors. These piston pumps are built to give uninterrupted service even under strenuous working conditions with economical power and oil consumption.
These Piston Pumps are water cooled to ensure continuous duty with high efficiency. The Piston Pump has a unique design in which the pump ensures that while the piston continues to rotate it maintains isolation of the compression and the suction cycle, drawing out the compressed air through the exhaust valve. The pump has a low oil charge and the gas ballast is provided to avoid oil contamination due to condensable vapors. This Piston Pump is water cooled to avoid over heating and for continuous running

This type of valve is actuated by pressure acting on a piston or diaphragm. The fluid is usually neutral e.g. air, water, hydraulic oil. The pressure range varies and is specified accordingly in a data table.
"Normally Closed" (N/C) valves of this type remain closed under spring pressure, when de-activated.
"Normally Open" (N/O) valves of this type remain open under spring pressure, when de-activated.
When pressure is connected to port "Z" the valves open or close according to type.
A separate 3/2 pilot valve is used to supply pressure to port "Z", it is mounted either directly on the actuator or remotely.
In some cases a 4/2 or 5/2 pilot valve will be required. The main valve position can be N/C or N/O. The basic position is determined by connecting the pilot valve output lines accordingly. (The direction of flow is usually indicated by an arrow or shown schematically on the body).

The new ODE 21IA series is characterized by the angle seat body in stainless steel AISI 316, as all the components in contact with fluids. The angle seat specific body design allows to maintain the fluid flow extremely stable in order to guarantee a high flow values. The auto positioning floating shutter system and the Teflon ring guarantee good seal and reduced leakage over time. Moreover the particular configuration makes the valves resistant as well against fluids with abrasive and chemical contaminants. The standard configuration with flow in direction under shutter allows the execution anti water hammer. It’s available on demand even the version with flow above the shutter for application with gasses and steam.

The MultiFertic® dosing pump is a heavy duty, high precision electric or diaphrgam pump for dosing chemicals products and additives. It is made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 L/H (7.5 to 150 GPH).
In order to dose different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or increase the inyection flow, several injection modules can be connected in the same injector. If we do so, we can obtain a higher flow regularity. In the case of 4 modules the injection flow is practically constant.

For corrosive and abrasive media, which have to be dosed against higher pressures than 16 bar piston pumps can be fitted with a piston-diaphragm system. The KMS system combines the advantages of leakage-free diaphragm dosing pumps and precise piston dosing pumps and thus ensures reliable dosing.

Fluids are practically incompressible and cannot therefore store pressure energy. The compressibility of a gas (nitrogen) is utilized in hydropneumatic accumulators for storing fluids. EATON piston accumulators are designed on this principle, using nitrogen as the compressible medium. A piston accumulator consists of a fluid section and a gas section with the piston acting as a gas proof screen. The gas section is precharged with dry nitrogen gas. The fluid section is connected to the hydraulic circuit so that the piston accumulator draws in fluid when the pressure increases thus compressing the gas. When the pressure drops, the compressed gas expands and forces the stored fluid into the circuit.
|
|
The hydro pneumatic piston accumulator, or piston accumulator, is a sort of tank in a hydraulic circuit,
capable of storing a large quantity of energy with a low volume.
A piston accumulator is divided in two chambers: one for the fluid under pressure, the other one for the
nitrogen (or other type of gas). The two chambers are separated from one another by a piston.
In case of peak of pressure in the hydraulic circuit, the fluid pressure is higher than the initial pressure
(called inflation pressure). When the fluid arrives in the piston accumulator, the nitrogen will compress
and will therefore retain the corresponding fluid.
