Engineered Dry Screw vacuum systems incorporate Kinney Dry Screw vacuum pumps into complete vacuum systems with vacuum boosters, custom controls and accessories to combine high pumping speed with deep vacuum levels. Flows range to 10000 CFM (17000 m³/h) with vacuum levels to 10 microns and below.

The combination of oilfree chemistry diaphragm pumps with roots pumps allows for a pumping unit series with greatly increased pumping speed and an ultimate vacuum that is improved by one order of magnitude in comparison to diaphragm pumps. VACUUBRAND roots pumping units distinguish themselves with high specific corrosion-resistance. Due to the dry, oilfree operation and high pumping speed especially in the pressure range of 50 - 0.2 mbar the roots pumping units can pump large quantities of vapour.
VARIO roots pumping units have automatic workload-dependent motor speed control. This allows for operation also at high pressure levels (> 50 mbar) with limited heat release.

The units of HYDROSYS series consist of a liquid-ring vacuum pump of our series TRH, TRS, TRM, TRV, of an air-liquid cyclone separator, of a heat exchanger, all units being mounted on one compact frame.
Several accessories are available to meet particular requirements of plant, of process and of maintenance, and furthermore, it is possible to design particular units, upon request, in co-operation with our Sales Office.
The HYDROSYS series can also be used to work as a compressor up to a maximum pressure of 2 bar, higher than the suction pressure by using tanks and accessories according to ISPESL standards.

General description
HINDHIVAC manufactures three models of Direct Driven Vacuum Roots Blowers model RD 150, RD375, RD 500 and RD 1450.
These Roots Pumps are compact with a very advanced impeller design for operation at maximum differential pressure around 60 m.bar. These Roots Pumps are ideal for use in Industrial Vacuum Systems where high degree of pumping speed and ultimate vacuum are desired.
Roots Pumps are specially balanced on dynamic balancing machines to ensure vibration free running at high RPM's. The perfect functioning of the roots pump with a favorable compression ratio of 1:3 & 1:10 depending upon the conditions can be achieved by selecting suitable backing pump.
