Our Laboratory Vacuum Systems LVS are compact pump systems for conventional vacuum distillation. Equipped with a chemical-resistant diaphragm pump (see the Diaphragm Pumps section), they are the ideal solution for a great many applications in chemical laboratories and research. Our vacuum pump stands are fitted with or without pressure regulation depending upon their use. The pressure regulation of the laboratory vacuum systems is implemented in the standard version by a chemical-resistant solenoid valve. The operation of the controller has been intentionally simplified, and it is easy to learn. Visualization and settings can be made from a PC.

VACUUBRAND VARIO chemistry pumping units control the vacuum level with pinpoint precision by adjusting the diaphragm pump's motor speed continuously. They enable automatic detection of vapour pressure and variable adjustment of the vacuum level to the process. The fast and precise adaptive control always adjusts the pumping speed to the optimal level, regardless of installation size or gas volume. Process times are shortened by the high evaporation rate. Through constant evaporation, an optimal solvent recovery rate can be achieved. On the whole, the demand-oriented motor speed control reduces the workload of the vacuum pump significantly. This leads to unrivalled lifetimes for moving parts.

The combination of oilfree chemistry diaphragm pumps with roots pumps allows for a pumping unit series with greatly increased pumping speed and an ultimate vacuum that is improved by one order of magnitude in comparison to diaphragm pumps. VACUUBRAND roots pumping units distinguish themselves with high specific corrosion-resistance. Due to the dry, oilfree operation and high pumping speed especially in the pressure range of 50 - 0.2 mbar the roots pumping units can pump large quantities of vapour.
VARIO roots pumping units have automatic workload-dependent motor speed control. This allows for operation also at high pressure levels (> 50 mbar) with limited heat release. |

FIPA Vacuum units are compact systems for all kinds of vacuum clamping and handling work.
They consist of a safety tank, one or several vacuum pumps as well as monitoring and control equipment. The vacuum is generated in the safety tank so that it is available whenever required. An integral vacuum switch activates a pump as soon as the vacuum drops below a preset value. The unit does not consume any power when it is not in operation.
Available for horizontal or vertical installation and as safety vacuum units, for example for hospitals and laboratories.

The OCTOPUS system has been designed in

The DARWIN series, patented and available in 4 models, covers throughput range of 600 to 3.000 m³/h. This means that it can cope with widely differing applications, from small lathes to grinding machines or complex machining centres.

A wide range of machines made of stainless steel AISI 304 according to CE normatives and are equipped with a volumetric electronic sensor to constantly control vacuum and gas packaging. Vacuum cycle can be excluded and, thanks to the 'soft-air' device, it is possible to control air immission in the chamber. A digital, low supplied control panel is equipped with 5 programs to memorize. High density polyethilene plates to reduce chamber volume are supplied with the machine. The filter cartridge units of ULT AG are equipped with automatic cleanable filter cartridges. The stationary extraction facility is used for a single-place and central extraction, according to the size. The large filter surfaces enable maximum filter stand life.
