Series 700 actuators are pneumatic diaphragm operators that offer spring return in either direct or reverse acting styles, offering fail-open and fail-closed modes respectively.
The actuators may be fitted with a variety of springs in order to overcome the wide range of forces that may exist on a valve plug. An adjusting mechanism is incorporated into the actuator design to allow for adjustment of the spring pre-compression.
The series 700 actuator is available in 60, 100 and 160 square inches of effective diaphragm area and may accommodate up to five inches of travel.

Rotary Diaphragm Actuators

Design Features: DeZURIK diaphragm actuators are designed specifically for use on quarter-turn valves. They feature all steel, cast iron and stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance in caustic environments. The actuators are designed for on-off or modulating service in either a fail-open or fail-closed mode. Action can be easily changed in the field with no additional parts required. The spring cartridge is caged at the factory for increased safety. The output shaft is supported at the top and bottom with bronze bearings that absorb side thrust and insure smooth, efficient, and accurate throttling control.

As manufacturers of industrially manufactured valves, from the very beginning WAM® felt the need to develop Valve Actuators too. Today the customer can choose from a complete range of Manually or Electropneumatically operated, as well as Gear Motor Actuators.
These Actuators are mainly used for WAM® Valves, although application to other makes and types of equipment, such as diverter valves, dampers and valves for liquids, is possible.

Series 1200 actuators are pneumatic piston operators that are available in spring opposed direct and reverse acting models or a springless double acting configuration.
The series 1200 actuator ranges from 4 to 44 inches in diameter with an available travel of up to 15 inches. The direct and reverse acting models may be fitted with a variety of springs in order to overcome the wide range of forces that may exist on a valve plug.
Viton seals are available for high temperature applications or environments with radiation exposure.

G Series:
A unique Scotch Yoke design incorporating a 5 degree off set in the scotch yoke mechanism which enables the maximum torque to be delivered at the closed position. This is ideal for butterfly valves, where the maximum torque is required at the seat break in and break out positions. The G series actuator range meets the latest Atex requirements and is produced in an ISO 9001: 2000 factory. Full traceability is available with each actuator, and a wide range of options are available. The standard G Series range has 15 Double acting and 15 Spring return Models and covers the Tomoe Valve range from DN40 - DN600.

To fully complement the characteristics of the Tomoe butterfly valve design, a full range of Rack Pinion and Vane type actuators are available. All are sized to match the low torque benefits offered by the Tomoe seat design. |

G-Series Rotary Actuators

Design Features: G-Series Actuators are available on large butterfly and plug valves where constant high torque capability throughout the stroke is required. They feature a rack-and-pinion design and are engineered for high-flow, high-cycle applications. They are available with either manual, cylinder or motor actuator input. The G-Series line of actuators provides long service life and features a rugged, heavy cast gear sector. Multiple bronze and stainless steel bearings provide support and minimize friction to assure smooth operation and throttling action.
