Description:
The Becker Model VRP-CH Double-Acting Pilot provides pressure control when utilized with a double-acting piston actuated control valve. The VRP-CH measures process sensing pressure and positions the double-acting actuator to maintain the setpoint. The VRP-CH Pilot may be utilized for pressure control applications with setpoints ranging from 1.0 psig (6.9 kPa) to 1300 psig (8964 kPa). The VRP-CH is typically utilized when Bleed to Pressure System (BPS™) may be used to completely eliminate atmospheric bleed emissions.

The Becker Model VRP Double-Acting Pilot provides pressure control when utilized with a double-acting piston actuated control valve. The Model VRP Valve Regulator Pilot is the “original” VRP-Pilot and is often referred to as the “VRP Classic.” The VRP measures process sensing pressure and positions the double-acting actuator to maintain the setpoint. The VRP Pilot may be utilized for pressure control applications with setpoints ranging from 1.0 psig (6.9 kPa) to 1300 psig (8964 kPa). The VRP is typically utilized when Bleed to Pressure System (BPS™) may be used to completely eliminate atmospheric bleed emissions. The VRP Classic maintains the simplicity of the original VRP concept with “standard” setpoint accuracy and performance. For higher level of performance and accuracy, the Model VRP-CH Valve Regulator Pilot should be utilized. The VRP Classic is utilized primarily by long-term customers that have a large installed base of the original VRP Pilots.

Description:
The Becker Model VRP-B-CH Double-Acting Pilot provides pressure control when utilized with a double-acting piston actuated control valve. The VRP-B-CH measures process sensing pressure and positions the double-acting actuator to maintain the setpoint. The VRP-B-CH Pilot may be utilized for pressure control applications with setpoints ranging from 1.0 (6.9 kPa) to 1300 psig (8964 kPa). Due to its low-bleed characteristics, the VRP-B-CH is typically utilized when bleed gas must be discharged to atmosphere.

Description:
The Becker Environmentally-Friendly Positioner (EFP Series) is used with pneumatically actuated natural gas control valves to provide an accurate valve stem position that is proportional to the electronic command input signal received from an electronic controller. All Becker EFP’s are rated Explosion Proof Class 1, Div. 1 for use in hazardous locations. The EFP is compatible with all Becker actuators and may be retrofit to most manufacturer's control valve packages as well. The EFP eliminates the need for an I/P transducer and features ZERO bleed consumption at steady state. Additionally, the EFP features easy, solid state adjustment and multiple failure modes to protect your gas pipeline.

Type 71 Domotor® Actuators (obsolete)
Masoneilan's type 71 Domotor actuator is a piston design with an "air spring" fail-safe configuration. The air spring is a constant residual load generated by an integral regulator / positioner assembly for precise positioning and control.
30A 84/85/86 Piston/Cylinder Actuators
Masoneilan's type 30A/84/85/86 pneumatic piston actuators are double-acting designs featuring spring fail-safe options for direct and reverse action, as well as double-acting configurations with no springs.

Description:
The RPDA Rotary Piston Double Acting Actuator is designed for heavy duty control applications that require optimum performance. The RPDA is typically utilized when applications require a "lock last" failure mode. The RPDA incorporates a “crank-arm” mechanism specifically designed for the rigors of throttling control valve applications. The RPDA can accept high pressure power supply gas up to 500 psig (3447 kPa) enabling the use of smaller actuators or Becker’s exclusive Bleed to Pressure System (BPS) feature.

Description:
The RPSR Rotary Piston Spring Return Actuator is designed for heavy duty control applications the require optimum performance. The RPSR is typically utilized when applications require the control valve to “fail open” or “fail closed” upon loss of power supply gas. The RPSR incorporates a “crank-arm” mechanism specifically designed for the rigors of throttling control valve applications. The RPSR can accept high pressure power supply gas up to 500 psig (3447 kPa) enabling the use of smaller actuators or Becker’s exclusive Bleed to Pressure System (BPS) feature.

Pressure controls serve various functions, which may be divided into control and protection functions. Examples for control functions are compressor cycling, pump-down or defrost control. Protection functions include, pressure limiting and cut out against excessive pressures, against loss of charge or for freeze protection.
Our pressure controls are equipped with display scale and pointers to indicate the approximate settings. The display scales are printed in relative pressure units "bar" and "psi". For precise setting of the controls, external gauges must be used.
