MAGDOS LT is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump with a state of the art microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The electronic provides power to the pump drive depending on the system´s pressure requirements thus reducing power consumption, noise level and heat generation. Due to the reduced heat generation MAGDOS LT operates at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F) depending on the chemical resistance of the wetted end material.
This dosing pump is available for a capacity range of up to 6 l/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 16 bar. A flexible pressure adjustment is possible.
Double-ball check valves ensure high accuracy even at smallest flow rates.

LONGITUDINAL ELECTRO LIFTING MAGNETS
These magnets are used to lift bundles of material with an irregular surface, which complicates lifting operations. Longitudinal magnets, however, have a particularly deep penetration field that makes them unsusceptible to such irregularities. This enable safe and effortless transport of bundles of material. Moreover, two or more of these magnets can be used, depending on the length of the bundles. In the event that people are present in the lifting area, however, extra mechanical slings must be fitted for safety purposes.

Electromagnets, Lifting Magnets
The Lenoir Magnetic Systems lifting magnets handle any kind of hot or cold steel products. Hot items from the production plant, finished steel coils from the warehouse, scrap from the recycling unit etc. By their sturdy design and conception these equipments are perfectly suited to harsh environments.

Electropermanent magnets utilize permanent magnetic material surrounded by an electrically powered coil. To energize an electropermanent magnet, a momentary pulse of D. C. power is applied to the magnet's coil in order to charge the permanent magnetic material within. Once energized, the electropermanent magnet does not require a constant source of power to retain the lifted steel coil. To release the steel coil, a reverse pulse of D. C. power is applied to the magnet's coil. The Electropermanent magnet design tends to excel when the steel coil's edge stagger is kept to a minimum.

Cold Operation
Since the electrical current is only used momentarily, no insulation or coil failures are caused by internal heating.
Safer Holding
The permanent magnetic material is unaffected by external power failure. Since Electro-Permanent magnets require electricity only to activate the magnet "on" or "off", there are no mechanical parts that could accidentally stick. Once the magnet is "on" the electricity can be disconnected indefinitely without any interruption to the holding power.
Cycle Time
Energizing the magnetic material typically takes 2-3 seconds.
Power Consumption
Operating costs are very low compared to conventional electromagnets because the power is applied for a minimal time. |

AN 240 / 480 / 720 series are excellent winding machines in versatility that can be widely used for variously-shaped bobbin winding types such as relays, solenoids, ignition coils, and others.
Regarding one of the challenges of winding system, "multi-objective production", Nittoku's tool transfer system solved the problem to vastly reduce down-time for specification changeovers. Also its modular system permits addition/removal of processing modules for soldering, taping or assembling to/from system line, the system can build up best suited manufacturing line to meet the market needs.

Nittoku has developed the high speed winding machine for the outside slot stator winding by applying the NITTOKU-made high speed compact controller. Furthermore the newly developed 2 divisions indexing device is installed. The core loading onto the tooling in the indexing device can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process. This contributes to working efficiency and productivity. The winding accuracy can remarkably be increased, thanks to the high indexing accuracy.
The core holding method is applied from the upper position. So an easy simple tooling set can be performed. This is an excellent easy operation machine.
Flyer Type Outslot Winding Machine

Hook Type Inslot Winding Machine

Model HIM-03 has been developed for inside slot stators winding with new technology `Hook Winding` which uses outward fingers to slide wires through stator slots instead of nozzles passing in the slot. The `hook` finger tool with NC control also enables precision winding.
Features
No nozzle space is required in the slots. It enhances slot-fill up to 70%.(ref.)Maximum Slot-fill Insert Winding 85% Hook Winding 70% Nozzle Winding 50%.
This is concentrated direct winding. Therefore, lower end turns can be achieved, and the motor itself can be smaller.

Features
Winding is executed by rotating the nested part on the S-axis, while X, Y, & Z-axis are controlled by the wire nozzle. Different specifications including stack height change, number of poles and number of turns can be altered via PC.
Layered winding is possible due to newly developed wire feed methods.
Nozzle position and wire feeding can be changed throughout every layer of the winding process. This reduces slack, therefore creating better winding condition.
Winding time is reduced as a result of wire feed method. This is possible through intermittent nozzle feed and changing nozzle position throughout the winding process.
Precise positioning of the bridge wire from pole to pole is possible due to the AC servomotor.
This series can be linked with our other machines via our Free Flow transfer system. Processes before or after winding can be fully automated. |
