IMPACT 2000ª is a high integrity modular pneumatic actuator controlassembly in 316 Stainless Steel. Lighter, stronger and more compact than panel mounting. IMPACT 2000ª offers a significant reduction in total installed cost in both CAPEX and OPEX over panel mounted assemblies.
The modular system does away with comple arrangements using panels, pipes and additional fittings. Using a range of field proven components, valves, spool, poppet or direct acting, and filter regulators are connected in series using a universally compatible interface block and mounted directly onto the valve actuator.

Series 700 actuators are pneumatic diaphragm operators that offer spring return in either direct or reverse acting styles, offering fail-open and fail-closed modes respectively.
The actuators may be fitted with a variety of springs in order to overcome the wide range of forces that may exist on a valve plug. An adjusting mechanism is incorporated into the actuator design to allow for adjustment of the spring pre-compression.
The series 700 actuator is available in 60, 100 and 160 square inches of effective diaphragm area and may accommodate up to five inches of travel.

SAFI’s series SM includes two models of corrosion resistant, robust and versatile electric actuators, with ISO
mounting plates, to be used with ball valves and butterfly valves. The fully sealed casings are made of
polyethylene or glass reinforced polypropylene for anti-corrosion protection. Continuous torque’s of 30N.m
can be delivered with a service ration of 30%. The slewing angle can be adjusted to 330°, and high slewing
speeds can be provided (0.5 seconds for a ¼ turn).
Series CB compact electric ball valves combine an electric actuator Series SM1 with a ball valve built into the
motor’s glass reinforced polypropylene base plate, eliminating the need for mounting brackets and stem
couplings. This results in the most economic electric actuated ball valve on the market. It is available up to
DN40 (1”½). Fast operation times make it the ideal equipment for automatic dosing systems in fine chemicals,
