NV 50 is an isolator for integration into platforms with attachment options on one side wall or at the bottom. The is fixed with the centrical load rod. In consequence of the prismatic basic shape these isolators can be integrated in substructures of vibration-sensitive instruments and are ideal to use as OEM-elements.
If an installation in the inside of the instrument is not possible the dampers can be masked with an optional available blind made of polished stainless steel. The NV 50 hold brilliant isolation features in the lower frequency range despite the low contruction volume of about one liter.
The resonance frequency lies horizontal under 2 Hz and vertical at 2 Hz. The levelling range is +/- 3mm and can be set up with the height controllers HR2. A permanent supply of compressed-air is necessary.

The NV150 air-springs are the pneumatic isolators for the cplusw damping tables and are inserted into their base frame.
But as an OEM-product the NV150 can be used in many ways. Because of an upper stopper of the piston the design offers a maximum safety against an accidentally compression overload.
A permanent supply of compressed air is necessary for operation as well as a compression or rather a height controller for setting up the working height in between the levelling range of +/- 4mm The resonance frequency is about 1,7 Hz in horizontal directions and in vertical direction under 2,5 Hz.
CplusW offers support for system integration into customer products or special applications. Sets composed of three, four or even more NV150 air-springs will be delivered with the necessary number of height controllers HR2.
NV150 systems do not need any special maintanance after the initial setup.

LPP peristaltic hose pump is a new innovation in the world of peristaltic pumps. The completely new operating principle and the advanced adjustment mechanism give LPP extremely long hose life. The clever operating principle also allows LPP to operate continuously at high speeds and flows without overheating. The unique hose fixing system with reliable flanges at both ends of the hose enables secure and fast replacement of the hose. LPP can be easily installed in-line, because of its smart construction. The high flow capacity LPP makes a smaller pump size possible and the pump requires less space compared to the conventional peristaltic pumps. LPP saves energy and produces economic value in production and cost efficiency by reducing maintenance and upkeep costs. Currently LPP pump family consists of three sizes DN 25, DN 40 and DN 65 for working pressure max. 10 bar with flow capacities up to 20 m³/h. LPP can also be equipped with a sophisticated control unit. Taylor made solutions are available outside the standard product range.

Flow Indicators are designed for continuous monitoring or intermittent use commissioning and
servicing hydraulic systems up to 420 bar, 6000 psi. The large clear 63mm diameter dial ensures that quick checks can be made to determine pump performance and setting of flow control valves. They can be used on mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Also lubrication and coolant systems using oil.
These direct acting flow indicators can be installed in hazardous areas or on applications where no power is available. The flow indicator design ensures good reliability and minimises the effects of contamination.

Balancer
The rope balancer is a pneumatically powered hoist unit. Thanks to the low manual force required for the horizontal movement, these units are the optimum solution for careful load balancing and positioning. In particular complicated positioning and assembly tasks can be performed easily and safely with this unit. Rope balancers make it possible to reposition loads quickly in short cycles.

This machine consists of a pendular parallelogram that is balanced by a pneumatic spring, plus a radial arm.
The gas spring and radial arm assembly fixes the motor head and keeps it perpendicular to the working area. The motor is equipped with a quick-change system and is rotated by compressed air that has previously been filtered and lubricated by a unit for that purpose.
Taps and shank tooling fit to the motor's quick-change system by means of tapholders.

Our pneumatic AirLiquid PN-Module has been improved for use with liquids. Sealing material is Viton (FKM / Fluorcarbon rubber) providing high resitance against oils, gasoline, diesel, biodiesel or ethanol. The Module is available with one or two pneumatic nipples. Brass-valves, locked on socket side, ensure reliability, efficiency and high mechanical firmness within the durable industrial environment. GES can provide three versions of this module, including locked valves on both sides and a push/pull hose-connection mechanism for rapid connection/disconnection. With increased perfomance for the same price the AirLiquid PN-Module now replaces our past Pneu-Module.
