Description:
The Becker Pressure Relief Valve is designed to be used with regulated natural gas supply systems that provide power to pneumatic valve actuators and instrumentation. In the event of supply gas regulator failure, the Pressure Relief Valve protects pneumatic components from overpressure. The Pressure Relief Valve is an inexpensive, compact, maintenance free safety mechanism which will ensure protection of your pneumatic actuators and instrumentation.

Reliable Pressure Relief:
Hayward Pressure Relief Valves protect piping system components from damage due to over pressurization. The valves work by sensing system pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the set pressure, the force of the excess pressure moves the valve piston off its seat to relieve the excess pressure and diverts some of the flow out the discharge port.
Easy to Set Pressure:
Hayward Pressure Relief Valves can be set by hand, no tools are needed, to relieve pressures from 5 to 75 PSI. Each size of relief valve is designed to cover this complete pressure range with just one, non-wetted, plastic coated spring. There is no need to change springs for different pressure ranges as with ordinary relief valves.
Molded Gauge Port:
An integrally molded 1/4" NPT gauge port on the valve body makes installation of a gauge to monitor the relief pressure easy. No drilling or extra fittings are needed.
No Corrosion Failure:
These all plastic relief valves have no metal parts and will never fail, jam or stick because of rusted or corroded components. They require no painting or epoxy coatings to survive corrosive environments.

Description:
The Becker Thermal Check Valve (TCV) is designed for use with regulated natural gas supply systems. The Thermal Check Valve offers simple and inexpensive insurance against fire in natural gas regulating stations, compressor stations, or other areas where regulated natural gas supply systems are present. The Valve stops the flow of combustible natural gas into potentially hazardous areas in the event of fire or excessive heat.

Parker's Copper Ball Check Valves are used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to maintain flow in only one direction. Internal components seat or "check," preventing flow back through the valve. These products are often used in conjunction with dryers or strainers to ensure directional flow, with compressors to prevent liquid refrigerant from flooding back to the inlet, or in system lines to redirect flow to another circuit.

Control valve test rig
Ventil manufactures a wide range of control valve test units for testing and (re)adjusting all sorts of Globe-, Camflex-, and Waver type control valves according to the international test standards as ANSI/FCI. The Ventil test units can be used for;
* Seat leakage testing and classification
* Body testing
* Stroking the trim
The optimal functioning of the Control valve not only exists of sufficient body & seat tightness, but more important, the total "performance" of the valve and its controls! For an accurate and reliable working effect the valve body, actuator, positioner, regulators etc. most work in a strict harmony!
Control valve test unit capabilities
* Range DN15 - 900 mm. / ½ - 36"
* Horizontal (stem vertical) or tilting clamping system.
* Clamping on the inlet flange, both flanges or (proportional clamping) between the clamping tables.
* 1 - 2000 tons of clamping force.
* With no or limited linear force on the valve body.
* Test pressure range: from vacuum up to 2000 bar / 30,000 PSI.
* Leakage range 0 - 1000 ln/min. 2100 scfh.
* Test- & operation of all sorts of linear or quarter turn actuators and controls.
* Test medium: Liquid, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Helium or Hydrogen.
Optional features
* Computer registration system.
* Valve performance testing, considering; measuring of the stroke measuring,
open/close time and torque measuring.
* Fugitive emission and cryogenic test facilities.

Wellhead Control Panel
Standard:
•API RP14A Subsurface Safety Valve Equipment, Ninth Edition, December 1994
•ASME Boiler and Pressure Vesser Code
•National Electrical Code (NEC)
•API RP 14C
Application:
•Designed ESD system as per latest technical specifications and the actual working conditions. Apply to the effective control of SSV (surface safety valve), SCSSV (surface-controlled subsurface safety valve) and wing valves, etc.
Features:
•Well opening via hand/electric/air-operated pump, meanwhile, it features pressure self-maintaining and automatic compensation, any pressure drop due to ambient temp drop or leakage, the accumulator will automatically compensate the pressure.
•High & low pressure sensors are installed on the wellhead oil transmission line, in case of higher or lower pipeline pressure than the set value, the high and low pressure sensors will cut off the control circuit quickly, thus, the wellhead is turned off.
•In case of a fire on the wellhead, the fusible plug will be melt when the ambient temperature is reaching the melting condition, so that to shut down the wells.
•Automatic pressure relief. Surplus high pressure will be released to maintain the wellhead normal operation whenever temperature changes or mis-operation happened.
•Suit high & low temperature environment (-30~60℃).
•Stainless steel and rational structure design effectively isolates the natural gas and power, safer and explosion-proof.
•Control types: single well with single valve, single well with multi-valve, and multi-well with multi-valve.
•Both manual control and remote control for emergency shut down.

Emergency Shut Off Gate Valves
Size range : DN40 - DN100 1 1/2" - 4"
Pressure rating : Up to 40 BAR 150 psi max actuator inlet pressure
End connections : Socket weld / butt weld
Configurations : Full bore, removable body seat to eliminate risk of damage during installation
Materials : Austenitic stainless steel
Stainless steel cryogenic emergency shut off gate valve with bolted bonnet and integral pneumatic actuator. Fail safe and automatic operation. The valve is held open by pneumatic air pressure and closes automatically on air vent or the loss of the pneumatic air supply pressure, for whatever reason.
The bellows type pneumatic actuator includes a single convoluted air spring actuator of rubber connections with manual override.
The valve has a wedge seat design for tight shut off to seal on the downstream seat only in order to prevent liquid lock. The bolted bonnet allows for simple site maintenance, with easy access to the serviceable parts of the valve.
All valves are degreased for oxygen duty, assembled in clean room conditions and pressure tested prior to despatch.
