DURESIL EB : Bituminous epoxy paint for acid-resistant protection of concrete and steel surfaces. Use Duresil EB to coat structures that are below ground or to be permantly immersed in water, such as concrete and steel posts, sewers, purification plants etc. Duresil EB is a two-component paint formulated from special asphalt polymers and epoxy resins. To prepare, add Part B to Part A and mix thoroughly. Apply Duresil EB by brush or spray onto perfectly clean and solid substrates. After final hardening, Duresil EB forms a completely waterproof and vapourproof protective coating that is resistant to diluted acids and alkali, mineral oils, detergents, waste water, etc. Consumption 400-450 g/m2 per coat. Packaging 10 kg (A B).
MAPECOAT I24 : Epoxy paint for acid-resistant non-toxic coating of concrete surfaces. Mapecoat I24 is used to coat concrete surfaces designed for contact with food products e.g. wine, oil, confectionery industries, etc. Mapecoat I24 is especially recommended for coating reservoirs built to contain drinking water. Mapecoat I24 is a two-component epoxy paint. Prior to use the components must be thoroughly mixed until complete homogeneity is obtained. Characterized by a low viscosity Mapecoat I24 can be applied easily on perfectly clean, solid and dry substrates by brush, roller or spray. Once cross-linked, Mapecoat I24 forms a non-toxic protective coating that is waterproof and vapourproof. Coverage 400-600 g/m2 per coat depending on the type of substrate.Packaging 5 kg (A B).

Application: only by spray, with a normal, not an electrostatic spray device. Thickness may vary from 100 to 300 microns, depending on the esthetic requirements of the user: low thickness produces fine crinkling, high thickness produce a more marked crinkle effect.
Reticolation: 60 or 100°C, but for a minimum of at least 60 minutes; therefore only with static furnaces.
Material: plastic materials, wood, glass, metal.
Colors: any color on request.

The high gloss, high solids formula is ideal for equipment touch-up and OEM production applications indoors or outdoors. It is resistant to mild and moderate environments including intermittent exposure to water, and salt spray, moisture, and temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). May be applied directly over rust with minor surface preparation leaving a tough, protective coating that will not chip or peel. Not recommended for immersion

Eliminate the belt vibration and cleaner chatter often caused by ordinary weld-on lagging by installing Flex-Lag® Weld-OnCeramic Pulley Lagging. It features a new gutterless design with easily installed over-lapping segments. So the wide gaps between strips of conventional weld-on lagging products are eliminated.
Flex-Lag® Ceramic
When conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt slippage, the solution is Flex-Lag® Ceramic Tile Lagging. Our Ceramic Tile Lagging features the highest coefficient of friction available in lagging materials - two to three times the friction of rubber in wet, muddy or dry conditions.

So it installs easily on-site.
Flex-Lag® Diamond-Pattern Rubber Lagging is a high-durometer rubber for abrasion resistance and water-shedding. Based on the design of treads used for rain tires, the diamond pattern splits the film of water and deflects it into lateral or diamond-shaped grooves - away from the pulleys. A high coefficient of friction, combined with exceptional water-shedding capabilities, helps keep belt slippage to the absolute minimum.
Flex-Lag® Plain-Pattern Lagging helps prevent belt slippage in the dirtiest environments. Rubber flexes during use, shedding excess material, preventing build-up, and preventing premature belt and pulley wear. Horizontal grooves between plain rubber strips trap and deflect water from the pulleys. This results in a coefficient of friction vastly superior to plain sheet-type lagging.
Flex-Lag® Light-Duty Lagging is ideal for compact pulleys and most light-duty applications. Specially designed for pulleys having diameters as small as 2" (50mm). Moisture is channeled between small raised buttons that support and grip the belt, delivering the extra traction to drive your belt.
