New in our delivery program is a special antivibration mounting-sleeve for fans of 40 mm upwards. Advantage of these sleeves are fast, simple and stable screwless assembly and disassembly of fans. Probably the most important issue is, that it eliminates the transmission of oscillation and vibration from the fan to the housing. |

| Leader Tech introduces its high performance EMI shielded air vent panels to its product range. Air vent panels are manufactured using aluminum, steel or brass and are available in various plating finishes and mounting configurations allowing for installation in most applications. |

Metex EMI vent panels provide maximum attenuation with minimal air-flow resistance. Shielding effectiveness is greater than 80 dB at 10 MHz for chromate finished, single layer honeycomb, and is increased to 105 dB using our cross cell construction. By selecting the appropriate frame style, finish, and gasket type, performance can be custom tuned to meet your shielding requirements, and your budget constraints.

Gigalam Panel
Gigalam panel filters are combination products specially developed for mini-environment and process tool applications. An ULPA filter using standard glass media, low boron media or PTFE is combined with single or multiple layers of Gigapleat media.
Sizes are custom made to suit specific pieces of process equipment. The compact form of Camfil Farr Gigalam filters means that often they may be installed in the same space as the original particle filter.
The Camfil Farr Gigalam features:
- Extremely small form factor - often the same as for particle filtration only.
- Choice of standard, low boron or PTFE particle media.
- Choice of different Gigapleat media.
- Low pressure drop.
- High media cleanliness.
SEMATECH recommends the use of e-PTFE or low boron ULPA filters in mini-environment equipment. Camfil Farr's Gigalam can be manufactured with an overall height less than 4". Customized solutions are also available. |

Function
The TSO is a supply and exhaust air diffuser designed for ceiling assembly. The TSO has a perforated front plate and a connection sleeve fitted with a rubber seal tested for airtightness. The TSO has high induction which allows a maximum air temperature difference of dT 10 K. The distribution pattern can be altered with the SSO shielding accessory to one-, two- or three-way distribution. The distribution unit is adjustable. |

Brass or steel extrusions are customized to surround brass or steel honeycomb and welded in place. Continuous flow soldering provides enhanced contact between the honeycomb and frame improving integrity. Alco Multi-Gasket, a combination of neoprene sponge and monel mesh fit, most applications although Alco-Knit or conductive gaskets are available. Standard through holes and spacing for surface mounting installation is customized. Vents without gasketing can be welded in place. Brass vents are typically finished with tin lead plating. The EXNM is a compact actuators. These are intended for the operation of:
-air control damper in ventilation and air condition systems up to approx 2mq.

3 point operating: The actuator moves the damper to its working position until it is powered. If the power supply is interrupted the motor locks the damper position.
Modulating operating: Just powered, the actuator moves the damper to its start position, then it moves to the position set by the control signal.
If the control signal is interrupted the Actuators return the damper to its original position.
The actuator is overload protected. The actuator can be mounted directly on the damper shaft if square, 12 x 12 mm or 10 x 10 mm (adaptor included); Several mounting brackets are available for applications where the actuator cannot be directly coupled to the damper shaft. |
