Type 100 decentralised ventilation systems can be installed above or beneath a window or in partitioning. The units have an installation height of 100 mm. They can be non powered supply or exhaust units or with a fan with sound attenuation to provide mechanical ventilation of individual rooms or complete buildings. The modular construction consists of a casing enclosure and a function box. The casing enclosure consists of thermal insulated hard inflammable material. The function box consists of a housing made from steel with a non combustible acoustic and thermal lining. Additionally the function box can have an integral backdraught damper, a motorised shut-off damper as well as a fan and filter. The operation of the unit can be switch controlled or by a means supplied by the customer .

Function
The TSO is a supply and exhaust air diffuser designed for ceiling assembly. The TSO has a perforated front plate and a connection sleeve fitted with a rubber seal tested for airtightness. The TSO has high induction which allows a maximum air temperature difference of dT 10 K. The distribution pattern can be altered with the SSO shielding accessory to one-, two- or three-way distribution. The distribution unit is adjustable.

A rugged, one-ply coated fabric air duct designed for maximum air handling capabilities and minimum weight. The duct is reinforced with a galvanized spring steel, helically coiled wire. Abrasion resistance is assured by the use of an extended "Vin-O-Fab" cover over the wire. A soft cuff to facilitate installation is an integral part of the assembly. Ventfab can be designed for your special fume control system.

Low cost StreamShield vent panels provide high levels of EMI shielding in applications such as computer network and wireless infrastructure cabinets. These vent panels feature aluminum honeycomb within rolled aluminum frames. The result is a lightweight, high airflow solution for enclosures requiring both cooling and high levels (50 dB at 10 GHz) of shielding. An optional intumescent coating provides fire barrier properties. On exposure to flame or heat at 300°F (149°C) the coating expands rapidly to fill the honeycomb cells and prevent flame passage. Standard panels feature 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) honeycomb cells, 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) thick. Complete frame/honeycomb assemblies are chromate conversion coated.
SLIMVENT™ Thin Profile EMI Vents
Chomerics' SLIMVENT™ air ventilation panels provide 90 dB attenuation at 1 MHz to 50 dB at 10 GHz. The panels are made from expanded aluminum or monel (nickel-copper) foil, secured in an extruded aluminum frame only 0.187 inch (4.75 mm) thick. This narrow profile is ideal for accommodating critical space limitations at air intake and exhaust ports. The frame has an integral wire mesh gasket for EMI shielding at the mounting interface. ECOJET® is suitable for perforation-type integration into existing ceilings. The air diffuser supports air management when cooker extraction hoods are used. The flowing-in fresh air can penetrate down to the floor region of the kitchen.
The air diffuser consists of a box-type housing made of stainless steel and a lateral socket with adjusting unit. The housing is fitted with suspension lugs for the fastening of the device to the existing ceiling.
The edges of the bottom face of the galvanized steel sheet housing are designed to support suspended ceilings (e.g. plasterboards). Two perforated metal sheet levels (hole pattern Rv 3.5-5) ensure the draught-free inflow of fresh air. The lower perforated metal sheet panels can be removed for adjusting work. actually includes the other but both are necessary components of a

LSFG/MSFG 146 - 250The low pressure Fans have a very low noise level and are used for common room extraction, such as in bathrooms, canteens and slightly contaminated rooms.
