General description
Application
The ERGO extraction arms are designed for dust and welding fume extraction, as well as for capturing other fine-grained dust. The pollutants are captured directly from the emission source, avoiding their expansion in the room and inhaling by people. These arms are manufactured in a hanging or standing version. The extraction arm can work independently with a single extraction fan or in a group of local exhausts connected to the main collecting ductwork with a central fan.
Structure
The extraction arm consists of following assemblies:
- Swivel, -Hood,
-2 Pipe segments integrated by frictional joints,
- Gas springs to balance the weight of the segments,
-Shut-off damper.

OK International's BVX-100 Series Fume Extraction Systems are powerful, but low noise units that need no external ducting or compressor. Simply move these lightweight systems from station to station, plug them in and switch them on for instant fume extraction. Just 279mm (11") tall, with a 305mm x 229mm (12" x 9") plenum chamber, the units easily fit on any bench-top or, when space is at a premium, take advantage of the under-bench mounting bracket.
Rated at 85-Watts, the systems deliver high quality filtration without compromise. A powerful 85 m3/hr airflow rate provides immediate extraction of fumes, particles and vapors from operator breathing areas. When a larger capture range is needed, an innovative adaptor quickly transforms the plenum into an arm extraction system.
Two filtration configurations are available for heavy soldering and light dust applications, or light duty organic solvent and adhesive applications. A bi-colored LED light indicates when the filters are blocked and require replacing.

The GEOVENT Wing arm ø160 is used for all types of spot extraction jobs, such as the extraction of welding fumes, oil mists, vapours and dust. The arm has internal carrying arms with 3 stable, self-adjusting links, which keep the arm in the required position. The ceiling bracket or the wall bracket for the Wing arm is made of epoxy painted steel - and is 360° turnable. The hood with integrated handle is made of lightweight aluminum - also epoxy painted.

This hose is a GEOFLEX ø160 hose, which is a strong PVC hose with aluminum-foil inside, it is antistatic and spark-proof and has a temperature range from -30°C to +140°C.

The suction arms are available in a wide variety of designs.
We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools.
The suction arms with external joints are equipped with a solid parallelogram frame. Two hydraulic attenuators guarantee a facile flexibility and an accurate positioning of the suction arm.
The suction arms are supplied with a wall bracket and a connection pipe of Ø 160 mm. They can be used for the connection to individual fans as well as to central suction systems.
The optional available adapter for the hood guarantees a more effective collection of the dusts.

Acrobat arms are connected to carrier console which is lienarly back-forward movable on channel. Both UAS Acrobat arms and also their chimney-hoods can 360° rotatable.

The spot exhaust ventilation tube is especially suited to gathering contaminants on permanently installed welding benches.
The style telescope will not wear or tear and does not require any counterweights. The design and outside joints ensure that the smoke is captured at considerably reduced ventilator output. This also reduces the noise level.

Oskar’s swinging extension booms are designed to enlarge the reach of Oskar’s products, such as self supporting arms and vehicle exhaust equipment such as hose reels and flexible hoses. The extension boom helps in reaching areas which are distant from a wall or the mounting point. They also can be used to support items such as feeders or undersling hoses or cables.
The swivel section of the boom is made of rolled steel pipe, which is caped at the bottom as standard. The top of the pipe, same as the bottom, is adapted to accept a fan or flanged duct connection. the extension beams are manufactured of heavy gauge square steel tube with bearing swivel. The spiral ducting mounted along the beam can be of 160mm or 200mm diameter. As a standard all units are supplied with a bracket to mount Oskars fume arms. Doule pivot type extension booms are divided by a center bearing hinge which allows the user to reach back under the extension boom or just simply to reach around the corner.

The reach of the Flex and UltraFlex extraction arms is considerably increased through the use of a Euromate extension crane (length 2 or 4 metres). The extension cranes are supplied with the HandyStop locking system, which will quickly lock the horizontal movement of the crane in a previously selected position.
