The CTV linear series ensures unparalleled speed and reliability from its cast iron construction for maximum production safety and performance in 3-shift operation. Innovative DMG features have become the benchmark in vertical turning, these include dynamic linear technology, fast- and high-torque main spindle, and advanced control technology. Due to the expansion of the machine series by the CTV 400 linear with a twin turret, the application range has been extended to include workpieces requiring a large number of tools.
In addition, the CTV linear series offers customer-specific expansion options:
2-sided machining: on a single machine (turn-around station 180°)
Cycle machining: on two machines with the same pallet size
Linear chain-linking: for two machines or more with the same pallet size

High precision
- Highly reliable, stable machining is guaranteed to the design that allows the workpiece to rest on the chuck
- Enables high precision to be maintained, even when subjected to outside shock and vibration, due to highly rigid structured base and column
Independent Operation of Spindles
- Parts can be easily transferred from one spindle to the other.
- Work flexibility-different types of operation for safe, independent operation
- Machine has partition between spindles allowing for safe, independent operation.
- Independent spindle design allows for machining on each spindle without transferring vibration or heat to the other spindle

VL 3, VL 5, VL Y and VSC 7: the standard vertical turning machine for chucked components
The VL series distinguishes itself by its excellent productivity rating, its high degree of constantly maintained accuracy, its exceptional reliability and its operator-friendliness. The pick-up work spindle fully automatically loads and unloads the machine. Short travels and a compact design result in extremely short loading and cycle times. Turning + automation on a single machine. On a minimum footprint!

Pick-up-type CNC vertical turning center with inverted spindle; the pick-up concept provides complete machining capabilities and automated loading and unloading of workpieces. Four basic versions are available:
DVH – application oriented machines
DVH E – optimum cost/performance ratio
DVH I – an innovative, ennergy efficient new concept with many options
DVH DUO – twin spindle pick-up vertical turning machines.
The series comes in 6 different models with workpiece capacity up to 750 mm. Flexible automation, an additional cross-slide for 4-axis-machining, optional technologies: Turnmill, Turngrind etc.

Vertical lathes with turning diameter of 1600mm to 3000mm are constructed with a single column with a complete cast iron structure. Vertical lathes with turning diameters between 3600mm and 6300mm are constructed with double columns. The machine has hydrostatic guidance on the X and Z axes. These lathes are constructed in an entirely modular and compact design and the structure is cast iron. A "C" axis option is also available with milling as well as different accessories such as tool exchange and head tool measurement and work piece measurement systems, independent operator platform and other accessories, etc

The SKIQ vertical turning lathes are traditional machine generation of vertical turning machines made by TOSHULIN, a.s.
These vertical lathes have been manufactures in TOSHULIN since the seventieth of the 20th century.
At present, the considerable modernized machine finds its application practically in all industry branches and the number of the sold SKIQ machines reaches some hundreds.

POWERTURN and POWERTURN Y vertical turning centers
POWERTURN and POWERTURN Y vertical turning centers are the most technologically advanced machine generation of vertical turning machines made by TOSHULIN, a.s. The first prototype of POWERTURN machine originated in 1998 and since that time a great number of these machines have found their application, especially in the aircraft industry range.
To enlarge possibilities of the machine, POWERTURN Y vertical turning centre has been launched to a market in 2005. This vertical machining centre has a table located on a linear guide way system, which moves in the Y-axis.

The VL series VTL have been designed to satisfy machining demand of generic metallic parts and in the four (4) versions available: 20, 30, 32 and 50 they can be made in the standard right version, as well as, in the special left version. This construction flexibility, it allows, under request, to realize twin-spindle VTL by putting side by side two (2) specular machines properly linked their basis.
The already experienced IMT technique to produce machines by standard moduls, jointly with the availibility of a large range of accessories, allows the realization of customized solutions capable to satisfy any possible machining needs.
