Custom engineered gantry or Cartesian robotic systems from Macron Dynamics, Inc., manufacturers of belt driven linear actuators guaranteed for life, provide industrial automation and motion control solutions for a wide range of applications.
Configurations include multiple axis and vertical axis motion built to client specifications. Macron gantry systems use belt drives and/or linear actuators designed to travel at speeds up to 600 inches per second, move loads of up to 10,000 pounds, and travel lengths of up to 500 feet.

The I&J9332 (R) industrial robot has a working and automatic dispensing area of 11.81 x 11.81 (300 x 300mm) and can be operated in cantilever mode. The height of the assembly robot is adjusted by mounting supports that are available in standard heights. The in-line Cartesian robot operates above the dispensing application and is therefore is suited as an assembly robot for conveyors and work cells. The dispensing robot is available in 3 and 4 axes models.

Gantry robots and systems
Gantry robots consist of a combination of carriages and guide rails governed by spatial coordinates X, Y and Z, giving access to every point in the working area. The entire assembly is located on uprights which are firmly fixed to the floor, so all work takes place in the space immediately above the working area. Working parts such as grippers, electrode holders or cutting tools etc. are attached to the lower end of the vertical Z-axis.

Type with a supporting guide attached at the end of arm type Y-axis. This type is suitable for the system requiring higher rigidity, such as when the Y-axis stroke is long, and when the load weight is heavy. There are three models of different load capacity from 30kg to 50kg.

The gantries are built in 5 different sizes for linear gantries and 3 sizes for area gantries for workpiece weights between 0,5 and 1,000 kg. Each size is a modular system with individual adaption possibilities for the respective application.
The axis is driven via a gear rack through a three phase servo motor. Controls are supplied by all known and reputable suppliers.
Gantries offer multiple possibilities for transportation, handling, loading and unloading as well as storage. Based on the use of R&M and FMEA-measures they are exceptionally low maintenance.
