DIAMANT
4-axis CNC machining centre with mobile gantry structure, designed for milling, drilling, thread-cutting and slotting operations at any angle from 0° to 180° on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel. The mobile part of the machine consists of a gantry provided with precision rack drive. The 7.5 kW electro-spindle with HSK63F toolholder, allows performing machining operations with excellent results in terms of rapidity and accuracy. The 9-place tool magazine is located behind the mobile gantry. The machine can be used in dynamic double mode which allows minimizing machine downtimes as it is possible to carry out the workpiece change operations (loading/unloading) and automatic positioning of the vices in concurrent operation time. It is also possible to load, then machine, workpieces with different codes and machining operations between the two work areas. The column is provided with a guard which, besides protecting the operator, allows reducing the environmental noise impact.

COMET T4
CNC machining centre with 4 controlled axes. It can be configured with motor-driven vices acting independently or positioned along the X axis and is designed for machining operations on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general or steel. It can handle bars up to 4 m long. The 4th axis allows the electrospindle to be controlled by the N/C continuously in the range 0° to 180° for machining on the profile contour. It is provided with an 8-place tool magazine on board the X axis slide, capable of containing 2 angle machining heads and a side milling cutter, for machining on the 5 faces of the workpiece. It also has a traversing work table which allows easier workpiece loading/unloading and increasing the machinable section considerably.

VF-3SSAPC DETAILS
Haas APC – Automatic Pallet Changer
The VF-SS models come standard with high-speed everything: an innovative 12,000-rpm spindle, 833-ipm cutting feeds, an ultra-fast tool changer and 1400-ipm rapids. The unique inline, direct-drive system, powered by a 30-hp vector drive, doesn’t use belts or gears. Instead, the motor is coupled directly to the spindle. This means less vibration, less heat and less noise – which add up to better surface finishes, thermal stability and very quiet operation. Lighter materials and a high-performance servo motor in our 24+1 side-mount tool changer provide tool change times of 1.6 seconds tool to tool. High-pitch ballscrews and high-torque servo motors on all axes provide express-lane rapids of 1400 ipm.
Add to this the Haas APC, a side-loading pallet changer featuring two 19" x 40" steel pallets (additional pallets are available). The heavy cast-iron base of the APC is secured directly to the VMC for stability, eliminating the need for further anchoring. Non-machining tasks such as fixture setups and part changeovers can be performed off-line on one pallet while parts are being machined on the other pallet. With both pallets loaded, the VMC may be run unattended. This integrated system requires minimal training and runs seamlessly from the VMC’s control. The Haas control features advanced tool management, single-button features, 15-inch color LCD monitor and a USB port.
