The UNIPORT machining centres with a moving portal bridge in X-direction are ideal for large and voluminous products. A characteristic feature of the UNIPORT range is the travelling bridge, which moves across the generously dimensioned fixed table. This concept offers excellent access for easy loading and unloading of components by means of lifting equipment, crane etc.
Some UNIPORT models can also be configured with stationary portal bridge and movable table and/or pallet changer.

The NMV8000 DCG 5-axis control vertical machining center is equipped with Mori Seiki’s original technologies: DDMTM (Direct Drive Motor), which achieves zero backlash and is produced in-house for maximum reliability; DCG® (Driven at the Center of Gravity), which controls vibration and improves acceleration; and ORCTM (Octagonal Ram Construction), which offers high-speed, high-precision feed.
The NMV8000 DCG, the second model in this series, has a workpiece swing diameter of 1,000 mm and loading capacity of 1,000 kg. It can complete all the machining in one clamping, except for the part being gripped and achieves high-efficiency, high-quality machining of complex-shaped workpieces.
As well as the No. 40 taper which was available for the NMV5000 DCG, we have prepared a No. 50 taper. The fact that customers can choose the ideal spindle for the target workpieces is one of the machine's main attractions.

On the basis of the technology implemented in its large-sized 5 axes machining centres, Huron has developed a new concept of a revolutionary HSC 5 axes milling centre, which is extremely fast, precise and powerful.

The Biesse operating unit with 5 interpolating axes gives a valid alternative to the use of cumbersome and expensive aggregates. A mill-turn centre integrating all the modern functions of a turning centre and a 5-axis machining centre.
This centre is mainly designed for the realization of turning, drilling, milling and tapping operations carried out in only one work-holding operation, following any direction.
The machine is able to stand important loads thanks to its GRANITAN base offering high thermal and dynamic stability, and thanks also to its 8" main headstock and tailstock on front slant bed, thus improving the swarf draining-off.
The workpiece-holder headstock is fitted with a turning spindle with a 360,000-position indexing system (C-axis).
