FLA Series :
The new generation of the FLA series combines the productivity of a milling machine to the high speed and potential of a movable bridge machining centre.
It is chacterized by high dynamics with all axes; it also features customizable revolver or tool changer cutter-heads for ensuring maximum productivity for sector specific productions.
All this comes with an ideal price/performance ratio. 80 mt/min rapid speed along with up to 0.8 g of X -Y -Z axis acceleration represent the necessary requirements for trimming plastic, composite AND WOOD materials, as well as for machining light alloys. The modular-designed extensible magazine is standard equipped with 8 stations for Hsk 63F and Hsk 63A and can be widely customized. The V33i-5XB vertical machining center is designed for die/mold applications. It features a specially designed tilt-trunnion table with combined B- and C-axes to provide die/mold shops with a full 5-axis simultaneous milling answer for intricate 3-D shapes. The table provides the highest accuracies and repeatability available in the industry with less lost motion and higher stiffness and rigidity than comparative five-axis machines. The V33i-5XB provides one set-up access to complex, multiple-sided parts, reducing handling and costs. SATELLITE XL
5-axis CNC machining centre with moving gantry structure. Designed for drilling, milling, thread cutting and cutting on bars or workpieces of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel. The moving part of the machine consists of a gantry with precision rack and pinion drive. The high power (10Kw in S1) electrically-driven spindle with HSK40F tool holder allows machining operations, including heavy duty work, with optimum results in terms of speed and accuracy. A 9-place tool magazine is installed behind the moving gantry structure. The 300 mm blade is housed separately.
