Construction

The EPG TSP Submersible Pump with level sensor mount is designed with the small diameter vertical well in mind. This pump can be used to pump groundwater, leachate, and other contaminated liquids. It is able to be installed in wells as small as four inches in diameter. When used in conjunction with EPG's LevelMaster Level Monitoring Control System the benefits of continuous accurate monitoring and control of liquid levels in a small diameter well are achieved.

The “ZSX series” stainless steel vertical pumps are completely corrosion resistant and are recommended for transferring, recirculating and agitating a wide range of chemical, laboratory and industrial process applications.
Like our popular “ZDX” series, these stainless steel models incorporate a unique opposing twin-impeller design. The design feature provides high volume circulation and eliminates leakage up the pump column. No bearings or seals permit dry running without damage.
The pumps are engineered to provide flows up to 100 GPM (378 LPM) and pressures up to 68 TDH (20 M). All wetted parts are precision manufactured from 316 stainless steel.

General
The DICKOW submersibe pump, type NCT, for the chemical industry is a vertical pump with separate discharge pipe.
The maximum capacity goes up to 700m³/h. Higher capacities are available.
The pump type NCT has been developed for chemical, petrochemical and related industries. With a wide selection of materials, the DICKOW submersible pumps are suitable for handling almost all liquids which are used in above mentioned industries.
For example: acyds, lyes, hydrocarbons, condensation products, solvents etc.

General, Field of Application
The DICKOW submerged pump is a one or multistage centrifugal pump of vertical construction. The performance range covers capacities up to 500 m3/h (2200 USgpm) at differential heads up to 300 mLC (984 ft) and is subdivided such that best efficiency is granted at all service conditions.
With a wide selection of material, several constructive variants and shaft sealings, the HZV-pumps are suitable for handling most of all liquids as long as they are of low viscosity and free of solids.
Examples of application are unloading of fuels and solvents from buried tanks, pumping kerosine in hydrant plants for aircraft fuelling (PTB-design) as well as recirculation of condensate (barrel suction design).
