| New cam principle for this linear transfer of parts. Movement without any vertical components ensuring no risk of overlapping of the parts. The transfert do not depend on the load of the parts (speed up to 100 mm/sec). |

AViTEQs small-scale conveying equipment is used everywhere fine-grained bulk materials and not too unwieldy mass parts must be delivered, conveyed, dosed, added or assigned from storage tanks.
AViTEQ has led the way in producing these devices and drives in Europe for more than 50 years. They are employed in many branches of industry, e.g. in the chemical and plastics industry, the feedstuffs industry, industrial stones and earth, installation and handling technology, the food and luxury goods industry, the paper industry, as well as in sugar works, refineries and foundries. |

Eriez offers a complete line of vibratory conveyors for materials in quantities ranging from a few spoonfuls to tons per hour. If the many standard systems available are not quite right for your operation, Eriez' Technical Center can develop custom-designed vibratory and screening equipment to precisely meet your needs.
Mechanical Feeders and Conveyors
Low-horsepower, high-capacity mechanical feeders handle bulk materials in volumes up to 2250tph (2040mtph). Low-profile, requires minimum headroom. Simple, stable, variable controller. Wide variety of trough sizes and types available.
Conveyors - Single Mass
Highly efficient single mass conveyors are designed to move bulk material reliably and economically. Flow rates to 18 tph (16mtph).
Conveyors - Mechanical Tuned Two-Mass
Low-horsepower, high-capacity units for the controlled transfer of bulk materials. Compact design presents low profile, requires minimum headroom. Flow rates to 60fpm (18mpm). Easy access to components expedites and simplifies maintenance. |

The electromagnetic vibrators "series K" are used in all the applications of vibrating machines (extractors, conveyers, batchers...) for a precise food.
We propose to you 3 types of vibrating for loads of corridor going until 250Kg.
- Painting resisting acids (RAL 3020)
- Tropicalized electromagnetic Block.
These vibrators are controlled by adapted electronic charts, with adjustments by potentiometers and/or entries 0/10V & 0/20mA. |

After your parts have been oriented, IDEATEC can provide
you with solutions to get the parts to the places where they
are needed :
- Linear vibratory conveyors, to transport them using vibrations.
- Conveyor belts, to accumulate them.
- Unitary or multi-position separators can separate them individually or in organized batches.
- Specially adapted ducts to convey them pneumatically.
- Manipulators to position them. |
