Fabreeka resilient laminated fabric pad is a scientifically designed and manufactured material composed of layers of tightly twisted, closely woven lightweight duck. Each layer is impregnated with an elastomeric compound containing mold and mildew inhibiting agents. The properties of Fabreeka are exceptionally suited for the reduction of impact shock, vibration and structure-borne noise.
Some features and benefits of Fabreeka pads:
- Do not have a shape factor
- Exhibit relatively high damping (C/Cc -.14)
- Creep effects are reduced to a limit of 5% of original thickness
- Operating temperature limits are -65F (-55C) to 200F (95C)
- Unusually high compressive strength - 12,000 psi
- Impervious to most oils and solvents
- Resist effects of steam, water, mildew and brine
- Can be supplied in nominal thicknesses of 1/16" (1.6 mm) up to 1" (25.4 mm)

Some practical aspects and considerations when using Fabreeka pads:
- Provides stability and limited motion
- Should be used with rigid support for best performance
- Connections to isolated system should be made flexible

Free-flowing machine with rollers is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filing from sheet metal, sections, simple constructions and small shafts. Treated objects move through the machine on a roller conveyor.
One type of shotblasting machine with roller conveyor is free-flowing machine for blasting cylindrical elements. This machine is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filings from tubes' surface, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements. Treated objects move throug the machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with askew wheels.
These machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour application, including drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel.

Conscious that all the machines are not used in 3x8, Wheelabrator Group designed a shot-blasting machine specifically adapted to the intermittent uses out of metal frame.
The conveyer shot-blasting machine with rollers RB 1500 SmartLine is equipped with 4 turbines high-output Roto-jet judiciously laid out, which allow a cover to perfect sections posed with the horizontal heart. Once granulated, the sections pass in a hopper of brushing-blowing controlled in height, which make it possible to evacuate all the shot of the sections. Those leave the machine clean and vacuum-cleaned.
When designing its machine, Wheelabrator Group stressed the robustness, reliability, and the maintainability of its machines.

Three series of shot blasting machines
For Pre fabrication shot blasting we offer our series Sprint and Marathon,
for Post fabrication the Triathlon is optimally suited.
In each case it is possible to extend the machine to a complete surface treatment line.
Sprint
The Sprint is our standard model and is ideally suited for shot blasting steel plating, profiles and pipes. The turbines are placed perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor to achieve the highest quality of cleaning.
The Sprint range is often used by steel trade and construction companies.
Marathon
Designed for more demanding work, the Marathon range is ideal for higher conveyor speeds and heavier loads. It is typically used by larger steel traders or steel constructors working multiple shifts and by rolling mills.
Thriathlon
The Triathlon is designed for shot blasting steel constructions. Its turbines are placed diagonal to the conveyor direction to ensure it reaches all angles and crevices of the construction.
These machines are used in many steel construction companies.
The Triathlon is universally applicable and can also be easily applied to plating, profiles and pipes.
Surface treatment line

Simple hand-operated Sheet Metal Testing Machine, Model 100
Recommended for use in factories and workshops where a low rate of metal forming is carried out on thin material. As a useful accessory, an attachable microscope with illumination is available making the detection of the cracks much easier. The blank holder force of 10 kN conforming to the standards, is applied by means of saucer springs. The deep-drawing index is displayed on an electro-mechanic pulse counter with a resolution of 0.1 mm.

Universal Sheet Metal Testing Machine for Research, Development and
In-process Testing, Model 146-60/100
The special feature of this testing machines is the increased drawing speed of the drawing punch which, in addition to the normal drawing speed range of 0 - 1,200 mm/min can be adjusted, in an infinitely variable manner and independent of load, up to 3,000 mm/min. This is achieved by using a separate oil circuit, fed by a pump with high volumetric displacement. Contrary to the high speed attachment based on a nitrogen accumulator, here a constant drawing speed behaviour is guaranteed over the total displacement of 150 mm. As to the technical design and the options available, including PC control and proportional valve technique, this machines are similar to Models 145. The basic version of the machines includes an oil/water cooling and have a power consumption of 45 kW.

Bulge/FLC Tester, Model 161
It is possible to test specimens up to a size of 400 x 650 mm when conducting the hydraulic deep-drawing test with the Bulge/FLC tester: In addition to the actual hydraulic forming process the construction of this machine also allows the use of ball punches with a diameter up to 200 mm. The maximum drawing force is 1,000 kN. To guarantee an exact reading of the required drawing force even in case of lower forces, they are divided in two measuring ranges. At specimen failure the test can be stopped both manually or automatically. The capture and the evaluation of the measuring points on the surface of the dome can be effected by an optical measuring device during the drawing process. In the basic version the height of the bulge is detected by means of a measuring probe placed on top, the maximum path measured being 100 mm, and displayed digitally.
