Vötsch vibration test systems enable you to simulate dynamic processes, i.e. mechanical and thermal processes affecting components and assemblies.
Regardless of whether mechanical, hydraulic or electro-dynamical vibrators are required, we cooperate with all well-known national and international manufacturers of vibrators.
The standard range comprises of 36 different types of systems. Special equipment is available and can be customized as required (see special applications).

Vibration test chambers for simultaneous testing of the influence of vibration, temperature and temperature changes as well as humidity, e.g. on components in the engine bay of vehicles. With a closed floor element these cabinets can be used as fully functional temperature testing cabinets (WT-V series) and, additionally, as climate test cabinets (WK-V series) as well as for ESS testing.

Application
Realization of tests in temperature and moisture controlled in an enclosure adapting on dischargers (pot & table). So the enclosure, interdependent of its technical compartment, has a height of easily adjustable plate (by the means of a lifting table) and mobile (thanks to the wheels of the table).

small size assemblies with high acceleration test requirements and
can also meet typical vibration test requirements of other medium
sized electronic assemblies, automotive components, road navigation
units and home appliances. The ‘M1’ Series is designed to meet
military and international test standards including MIL, ASTM, IEC,
ISO, BS and JIS. A wide diameter armature with high cross axial
stiffness when coupled to proportional head expander to test
multiple specimens simultaneously yet achieving a good vibration
transmissibility ratio. Other test requirements including
transportation vibration simulation,combined vibration-environmental
test and seismic simulations for small size components can easily be
fulfilled by the ‘M1’Series.
