Gravel, sand, coal and many basic materials must cover a long path before they are suitable for further processing. Vibration conveyors are an important part of this path. They drain the excavated sand, screen gravel according to grain sizes, take the load off breakers or mills of fine-grained material or assist in the cleaning of wash water. They are particularly for use in the basic materials industry, where vibration conveyors are characterized by their wear-poor, rugged construction and lifetime duration.
Precise screening to grain sizes in the range from 25 µm to 500 mm, high service and temperature resistance, for example in the case of supplying components to the melt furnace in glass production, are also advantages of vibration technology.

LINEAR VIBRATING SCREEN
You'll always make the right choice when selecting the HAVER linear vibrating screens for wet and dry screening applications and where gentle and especially exact screening is required. Its minimum height is yet another important advantage for plant operators.
Directional vibration is generated by two counter-moving unbalance weights. We offer three different drive types, dependent on the machine weight, size and application:
Unbalanced motors
HAVER twin-shaft drive
Exciter drive
Our wide range of dewatering screens and vibrating feeders are also part of our linear vibrating machines line-up.

The revolutionary Finex Separator is designed for accurate grading or sizing of wet and dry materials up to five fractions in one operation. It benefits from major advances in sieving technology providing large improvements in sieving accuracy, capacity, noise levels and upgradeability compared with traditional spring suspension separators.
To best fit into your production line and to make sure we can handle whatever throughput you require, the Finex Separator is available in four different sizes:
o 60" diameter
o 48" diameter
o 40" diameter
o 30" diameter
The Finex Separator can be fitted with up to four decks to increase separation accuracy (up to five fractions).
Other options:
The Eco Separator is our cost effective spring mounted grading unit suitable for most wet or dry applications. This machine combines a vibratory motor with adjustable out of balance weights to allow control of product movement on the mesh, to optimize separation efficiency.
Finex sieves can be used in continuous manufacturing processes as well as in off line production and bagging stations. These machines are capable of simple safety screening as well as accurate grading of powders or granules. They use a high force adjustable vibrator, available in both high and low speed models for full control of the material within the machine. High-speed versions (High Speed Finex 22 and High Speed Finex 36) are also available for screening difficult powders and high viscosity liquids.
