- Wrap around nose vanes insure effective chopping at the center of the impeller, without the need for an impeller nut.
- Rear pump out vanes with cutting slots repel and chop any material that gets behind the impeller.
- The wearing parts - the cutting bar and rear cutting teeth - are easily and inexpensively replaceable.
- All clearances are easily adjustable externally, without the need for 2 people and the hassle to unbolt and move the pump and/or motor as required by other designs.
- Top quality materials and castings throughout - no flimsy fabricated parts to corrode.
- Although the pump is completely new technology, it is dimensionally interchangeable with your present pump. Simply remove the old technology, and the Chop-Flow will bolt up to your existing piping and coupling.

The new Polylok pumps are now available in 1/4'', 1/3'', 4/10'' and 1/2'' HP sizes, including both effluent and sewage ejector models. These new pumps are designed to deliver the dependable service and long life expected from any product bearing the Polylok name. They include features required for residential and light commercial applications, as well as several new features (including an all ball bearing construction, and an integrated clip to hold the float switch) not normally found in pumps of this size.

Reliability and duration of Faggiolati products are granted by a perfect balance of the shaft and the impeller and by certified vibration and waterproof resistance test under high reliability.
