Mixed washing machines with drum
The washing plant with drum is particularly suitable for degreasing small metal parts (screws, nuts and bolts etc.).
The components to be treated are generally placed on a hopper which chokes the load of the machine.
The transport system consists of a spiralled drum which by rotating on its axis drags the pieces through the different stages of treatment and then unloads them on a chute or directly into baskets.

For the elimination of temporary burr from cast iron, aluminium and steel components, Tecnofirma develops and manufactures washing machines with high pressure stages. This treatment is particularly efficient whenever temporary burr has to be eliminated from areas that are otherwise difficult to reach, such as the intersection between holes.

The hydro-kinetic washing machine is ideal for cleaning and degreasing details of reduced dimensions and various shapes.
The components are placed in special baskets and then inserted into a rotating drum on its horizontal axis inside a cabin.
The washing cycle includes a spraying phase and a dipping phase with strong shaking of the detergent solution. In this way the chemical action of the degreasing product is combined with the mechanical action of the jets. This is followed, where applicable, by a rinsing phase and lastly, drying.

Standard washing systems with dipping in tanks and with automatic travelling lift
The system with dipping in tanks and with an automatic travelling lift is the suitable solution for multi-stage treatment cycles (phosphating, activating, pickling, chromating). The components are placed in baskets to then be transported by an automatic lift system to the various treatment tanks and then to the drying station. The system can be developed in line or with loading and unloading concentrated in the same position. It is possible to programme different cycles according to the components to be treated.

Standard spray washing machines with booth, one or more stages
The machine with booth is recommended for the inter-operational washing of various details if high standards of cleaning are not required.
Generally the pieces are placed in baskets and then introduced into the work chamber, where washing is by spraying, followed by drying. In some cases (typically before and after the thermal treatments), there may be several stages (for example: spray washing washing by dipping rinsing).
Loading and unloading can easily be automated.

The BRC cleaners are designed to cleanin components placed in a basket. The wash in done by rotating the basket in a bath with hot alkaline cleaning fluid. There is continuous high-pressure injection of cleaning fluid into the bath. This process results in strong cavitation, which is a highly efficient method to clean component corners and holes.
The BRC cleaners are equipped with a rotating fixture that can be oscillated. It is possible to perform 1-4 stages in the same chamber, e.g. wash, rinse, passivation and drying. The re-circulating cleaning liquids are pumped with separate pumps from each tank and continuously filtrated through the filtration units.
These cleaners come highly equipped as standard. Features such as heat and sound insulation, a stainless steel construction, automatic refill, overfill protection, high-pressure vertical multistage pumps and several other kinds of equipment make the cleaner a perfectly functioning unit. Sampo Rosenlew offers accessories for the BRC series, which ensure easier use and prolonged wash fluid life. The cleaning process can be fully automated by integrating a conveyor system to the production line.

The washing machine with the component positioned on a rotating platform is the ideal system for washing small- and medium-sized mechanical pieces. The transport system consists of a daisy wheel mounted on an indexed table which, moving around a central pivot, brings the satellite holders at the ends of the arms to the different stages of treatment (washing, blowing and drying).
The rotating platform is conceived in such a way as to guarantee absolute precision in the positioning of the components to be washed. In addition, if necessary, each satellite component-holder can be made to rotate.
The special conception of the design allows optimizing space and therefore limited overall dimensions. This characteristic, together with the loading and unloading concentrated in a single position, makes the machine especially suitable for integration into a production line with island organziation.

Macofar washing machines WM 8400
The Macofar Washing machine WM 8000 series can work with up to four different fluids (pre-washing through untrasonic bath, demi-water or recycled water, distilled water or water for injection). Siliconization of the containers (vials, ampoules, ...) at the end of the cycle is also available on request.
The WM 8400/16 has a max. output of 24.000 vials per hour with a max. container diameter of 25,4 mm. The WM 8400/8 offers a max. output of 12.000 vials per hour, but a container diameter up to 52 mm.
All the water tanks can be located inside the machine frame. All pumps, filters, piping, mechanical components are located at the back of the machine, accessible through transparent guards.

Inserting the robot into the washing machine (whether of the booth, transfer or pallet recirculating type) allows, after a simple programming of the movements, positioning the spray fixed to the wrist near the critical recesses to be fluxed.
The robotized solution is ideal if the customer needs perfectly washed complex components but without having production volumes on the individual product that justify the use of tailor-made machines. With the implementation of high pressure circuits (400-800 bar) the anthropomorphic robot machine is particularly suitable for deburring operations.

Fully automatic load transfer systems are engineered for high throughput washing applications in situations where labor reduction is warranted or where process control is critical.
